Formidable Forms data not showing up

I have recently run into a problem where I am creating a new form on Formidable in Wordpress, but the new forms I am making are not showing up in Zapier. All products seem to be up to date - is there anything else I can try to get the new forms to show? Any help would be greatly appreciated!
