Zohodesk - Contact ID field

Hello all,

 

I’m trying to send Jira service desk tickets to zohodesk via zapier and i have some troubles with the “contact Id” fields on zohodesk side. For every tests i do i get this error message “ The app returned "The data is invalid due to validation restrictions".

According to support zapier this message concern the “contact id” field. 

I have tried to submit my zohodesk ID ==> Failed

I have tried to submit my email address ==> Failed

I have tried to submit my name and surname in plain text ==> Failed

 

Is anyone has an idea to help me please ?

Hi @Steff 

For the Contact ID, Zoho Desk is expecting a system generated ID for the Contact.

To get the Zoho Desk Contact ID, try this action: Zoho Desk - Find Contact
