Freshservice announcement -> RSS

Hello, I would like to retrieve the announcements published on my company's FreshService portal to publish them in an RSS feed.

I can't find the appropriate trigger. Can you help me ? Can we create it?

(I found the action RSS by Zappier)

The way to get those Announcements is to use Webhooks by Zapier. You can check the API Documentation for FreshService here https://api.freshservice.com/#list_all_announcements
