Actually most apps on Zapier are built and maintained by the app developers themselves, but Zapier keeps an internal list of app requests.

Thanks for letting us know that you’d like to see a Zapier RingBot integration. Troy’s answer is right, we do keep a list of apps that people might want to see. When I google RingBot I can see that there’s Ringbot.me and RingBot.io Which app were you hoping to integrate with Zapier?
