How to bring note and attachment from Zoho CRM to Clio?

Also, please outline a specific example related to the attachment you are trying to use.

Hi @alphaco, bear with me as I do not have access to Clio. But I am wondering if you can set this up as a multistep Zap? If you are okay with testing it out, I may have a solution for you. Can you try this format; Trigger - New or Updated Lead in Zoho CRM, Action - Create Person Contact in Clio, Action - Upload document (notes) to Matter? If you give it a shot, please let me know how it works out!

I wanted to swing by and see if you were still needing help with this? 🙂 If so can you clarify which Zoho trigger you’re using? As Troy mentioned screenshots (with any personal details removed) are always super helpful as well!

Also I’m not super familiar with Zoho but would the “New/Update Module Entry” work for your use case? It looks like that trigger pulls in a “File Upload” field and I wonder if that might do the trick?

Thank you all for your answers. Unfortunatelly, Zoho does not bring my notes or files with the Update Module Entry > Leads. I can’t find them. 

From Zoho CRM support they told me to bring them with APIs:
