I am trying to create a zap to import Square transactions into Wave but I am unable to select an Account for my Payment Processing Fee (see screenshot). I have created an account in Wave with the name “Payment Processing Fee” to hold this income, as well as an income category with the same name. However, I am not given any options within Zapier to select this account. When I try to run a zap I get an error message “"INVALID: Transaction line items in the transaction currency are over balanced."

Good question.

Appears the error maybe related to this field which expects a number, but the mapped variable has the $.

 

@loremipsum it’s been a few days so I wanted to pop back in and see if removing the “$” helped resolve your Zap troubles?
