Spend 10 hours this what Im sure to be an easy fix. I follow the video to a T, but keep getting this same error.
Hi guys, I got really exited today after seeing a tutorial on Youtube about Zapier Chatbots. As a long time Zapier users I rushed in to give it a go. I’m trying to make an Ai Prompt chatbot where I want clients to fill in 2 fields and then respond based on their information.I’m in Interfaces and drag out the Ai Prompt component, but it’s telling me that Chatbots are Disabled. I go into http://zapbots.zapier.com to set up the first Zapbots here. Now I have 3 of them. But still in AI Prompt ZabBot is disabled. What I’m I doing wrong here?
Create new Invoice in QBOI am trying to create a new invoice in Quickbooks online. My invoice has multiple line items. One line item comes from the project and the other comes from the Invoice in salesforce . The product/services vary for each line item. The create a new invoice Item let’s me choose only one product at time?For eg., Currently it gets created like this Not what I am looking for.Instead I want it look like the above image. Hi,I want to build a zap between thrive cart and my email marketing software.If customer buy product x then add new contact in email marketing software.However, after connecting Thrivecart Zapier is not showing all main products listed live in Thrivecart. It shows just 8 out of 35 live products. The “load more” button is greyed out and not active.I tried “refresh fields” also without any results.Any idea what I need to do, that all listed products appear in the “trigger for any main product”? i created an interfaces chatbot with the directive to produce content in a certain structure for me. i now want each response to keep populating the same google doc. is this possible? if not, is there an alternative way to save the responses into a file?cheers

When trying to Find/Create a Lead in the Zoho CRM. I get the error in the title. I can’t find anything as to why I am getting this error.
I’m heading out on vacation a will be turning off 4 zaps for about 5 days. If I turn the zap back on when I return, will everything resume as normal? For example, if one of the zaps is set to a delay by zapier step which will day for 5 days, and then email a customer on day 6, will the zap resume the delay by timeframe once its turned back on?
Hey everyone,I am trying to debug an error related to Zoom API (Beta), and would love to get more insight on this, please:I have created a Zap that when someone pays on Stripe -> Add a registrant on Zoom meeting.I have added a action that retrieves the list of all the Zoom Meetings. Sometime this action works fine and sometime i get an error "Access Token Is Expired". How to debug this error? These are the screenshots of different sections of the API calls: This the error as well: So as a result I am getting this error when Zapier tries to create a meeting for the registrant: There were quite a few persons experiencing the same error as well too: But havent seen any responses on possible solution.We have reached to Zapier Support on this matter, but we havent heard a response from them as yet aswell. Hi there,I’ve created a Zap that takes numeric data from Google Sheets that uses the Formatter to convert that number to alphabetical information. This seems to be working fine, but I am running into a problem with the Action.That alphabetical information determined by the formatter is then meant to be applied to Convertkit as a tag, ex: “Maintainer”. When I make a selection from Tag>Custom>Output “Numbers in formatter by Zapier”, and test the action I get a 404 erroroutput selection from the Formattercustom “Maintainer” tag intended integrate to convertkitI’ve tried successfully to run this same Zap but selecting a regular Tag without error.This works!Why am I running into an error when adding a Custom Tag?

Why when I update a cell value with a formatter output some values remain as text and others as number? I need them all to remain as text so that the leading zeros are not removed.
I am trying to update deals . I can find the existing deal but I cannot see the field that I am looking for to update.The field is a boolean field hs_is_closed. I am able to use it to find a deal . Its in my secondary search. but when the deal is found, in the Update field Action, I cannot see this field. My use case is the update this field value to true. HelloI have an automation to create a certificate for trainings. Form sends the data to a google sheet that then sends the data to fill a Google slide template with PlaceMakers and saves it on a specific folder on google drive. I need to do a final step and convert the created certificates into PDF. But cant seem to find the correct app or method.
Good Morningi’m testing zapier for send the facebook leads coming from my facebook ads module and insert it on my database.When i try the mapping for add the right flied text in the right column in database, zapier tell my all fields are required.This is not true, i don’t want to use all fields but only someone.Other things, in my database i have fields “arrivo” and “partenza” where i add the arrivals date and departure date.On facebook module i have only 1 fields with a select where users select the week of holiday, for example: from 01/09/2023 - 08/09/2023 - 7 nights 420 € from 08/09/2023 - 15/09/2023 - 7 nights 400 € etc etc In this case i want to to use only the date and put in database. How is possible to make it? (if is possibile)Thank you
I am processing documents through docparser, writing the records to a Knack table and am then saving a CSV file so the information can be uploaded into a 3rd party system. I am using OneDrive to write the CSV file which works perfect.The ONLY issue I am having is that when you export out to Onedrive as a CVS file it only writes 1 record per CVS file. I need all new records exported into a single CSV file. Is there anyway to export records from Knack to a CSV file where you get multiple records in the CSV?Thanks in advance.
I have successfully connect Zapier Discord App with FlowiseAI. I see a message was sent from Zapier to Flowise and return a empty message. However I don’t know how to connect the input message from Zapier in Flowise, I am expecting a node or anything as the message from Zapier in Flowise that I can connect with other nodes to create a flow.Now in Flowise I only use a template from marketplace with is not related with Zapier. That means Zapier tells me it has sent something to Flowise and return an empty message but I cannot find what message is sent in Flowise and make use of this message.

We have a client who who use Keap (Formerly Infusionsoft) and we don't find any way to track conversion with conversion values in Google Ads. With Zapier can we track all the conversions into Google Ads? If yes, then how does it work? how do you collect Gclid from keap?

We use Keap and Quickbooks Online. I need to get it set up that when an order/donation gets made in keap, that it goes over to QB. Our Current Problem: When orders are placed in Keap, they are ran through our Processor which is Authorize.net. When they deposit into QBO, it is lumped and we have to manually go through and split the deposit based on what was sold. Ideal solution, is that they match u p and we are verifying each month pls who can help me
