Unable to connect MySQL database when switched over to Namecheap for hosting.

I switched over to Namecheap for hosting and now can’t connect MySQL database to Zapier. Anyone else have this issue with Namecheap and solved this issue?

Before we dig deeper into this, could you please send a screenshot of the error you’re running into when connecting to MySQL to Zapier using Namecheap hosting?
