I have the double optin turned off. Zap is turned on. My leadpages support person has been troubleshooting this for a week with me. Any help would be appreciated.

Hi you all! I’m new here in Zapier!!I need two fields in each deal (Hubspot) to be updated when the corresponding Stripe subscription updates. How do I relate a deal and a Subscription in Zapier? I mean how can I related hubspot deal id or name to the customer's id or name on stripe? I know it works for a one-on-one zap. But I was wondering if there is a way to make a zap in which Zapier detects an update in any subscription and automatically finds which enterprise deal in hubspot it refers to. So every deal would be updated but with only one zap made for the hole process itself (and not for each of the 200 subscriptions/deals). It's my first time on Zapier so I'm not sure if it works like this. For example, I tried a zap in which Zapier detects if the customer email on Stripe is the same as the contact email from the deal in Hubspot, so it would automatically detect which deal to update, but that didn't work. Do you think something like this is possible? Or I should make 200 zaps to
Hello Community! :)Just wanted to create my first zap but it doesn‘t really work! I use Transloadit to get Assemblies (in form of images) there and want to upload them in my Google drive. What I imagine what it should do is:Assemblies / Images comes in (Transloadit) Zapier creates a new folder in my main folder with a date (works!) Zapier puts the new images in the folder from the 2. step2 things won‘t work right now: I don‘t know how to choose the new created folder from the 2. step (I can use my main folder but it wouldn‘t be that good as many pictures will be uploaded) the output in google drive is not an image, it‘s a txt data with the file name of the picture, is it even possible to do this with images? I'm testing the new Interfaces AI feature for some weeks now. I have success with a limited answering AI, what can tell 2-3 easy to understand computer troubleshooting ideas for my Customer's PC problems, and if it cant solve the pronlem, offers my location services. As I already use Forms for Call Me Back data collection, I would like to combine AI and Customer data collection. The problem is that I can not send data to a Zap from the AI chat + Form fields in the same time. Scenario A:Page 1: a Form with Name, Mobile, Email fields, on submit it can pasa data to Page2. Page2: Customized AI Chatbot. I can use .arkdoen to access Page1 Form fields to display: Hello Name! I can put an action to AI to start a Zap with AI chat text, but can not pass Page1 Forms Field data to Zap to make a record in my CRM with Name, Mobile, Email and AI Chat text. Hi Zapier Community, I need an automation between Trello and Thryv. When: A card is added to a list in TrelloThen: Find/create client in Thryv and create a SMS conversation and send the SMS to the client I have managed to achieve connecting Trello and Thryv and successfully finding and creating the client in Thryv using details in the Trello card. However, only email conversation can be created in Thryv, the question is, is there a way to create SMS conversations instead of email conversations only? Cheers!
I am trying to create a zap with Firebase and Gmail. Whenever new document is added to my Users collection, it should send an email. My challenge is that my config cannot find the new documents created. TL;DR - “How do I take records obtained from Brex using the “Get Card Transactions in Brex” Step, and then append them to the end of a Google Sheet? Am I even on the right path as far as what tool(s) within Zapier to use?”I’m working on automating some reporting, and one of the data sources is Brex card transactions. I run a significant number of Brex reports for various entities monthly, and am working to remove the manual report pulls from my task list.So far, Brex does return the desired transaction records when I test “Get Card Transactions in Brex” in step 2, but that’s where I get stuck.I’ve poked around the “Formatter by Zapier” and “Code by Zapier” steps, but so far nothing seems to align to taking a set of records in key-value pair and turning them into rows that I can digest into Google Sheets, and neither of the Google Sheets steps (lookup & update row(s)) see any data from Step 2 without something in-between.There’s also probably more nuance here than I even see yet - I

I am using a iOS shortcut to append text to dropbox txt file.The content is in French. I then try to retrieve it whenever a new file is created in the dropbox folder.Whenever there is an accent in the content of the text, then Zapier says “binary content unsupported”.So How do I do to make it extract text with accentuated characters?
I need a workflow to pull a table from a spreadsheet once a day, and send it through an email. For reference, here’s what the table looks like:And here’s what I need the email to look like:Essentially, I know that it would have something to do with the use of custom HTML in the “Body” section of the “Send Email” action using gmail. Is it even possible to carry over all of this formatting, let alone feasible?
Context: Currently, I have a zap which automatically uploads all files received in my Gmail account to one specific folder (ex. named “2023”) in Google Drive. In this folder, I have also created sub-folders for each period (Q1,Q2,Q3 and Q4). Is there a way to automate further filing of these files uploaded to the 2023 folder as they arrive, so that they get automatically moved to the corresponding sub-folder based on the date at which they are uploaded? Ex. any files uploaded from January - March would get moved to Q1, April to June to Q2, etc. Thank you
I can’t seem to figure out why Zapier keeps re-authenticating even though there aren’t any 401 errors. You can see that the test request comes back consistently with a 200 response, but is followed by new authentication requests. I’m hitting rate limits on the /api-token-auth/ endpoint because of this. Any ideas on what might be going on? I am getting an error message for emails that have a zap sending to me. When I test the zap, it works just fine. Same thing with a google sheet I have for it as well. How would I fix this?

I am using email parser to process email alerts. I got it working selecting an email address from the body of a text message. I just want the email address to be used in my next step in the process to look for the company name associated with that email address. The problem is that the variable automatically assumes I am trying to send out and email by appending a mailto link in the email address. Is there a way to turn this off?
Hi guys – we have a LinkedIn ad campaign running that pushes to our website (with the intention of our target audience booking a demo via an embedded Calendly). I have a Zap set up that passes conversion data if a demo is book into Mixpanel, and it passes all data mapped except for UTM Source (which is configured). This is important so we can attribute demos booked to our LinkedIn ad campaign. Any thoughts on how to ensure this passes through / is set up correctly? Thanks!
I’m trying to create a reminder email that will be sent out regularly until a form is submitted in another application.I can find a way to send this once or twice with Paths by Zapier or Filters by Zapier but that will only allow me to trigger a finite number of reminders, requiring that I set up a new path for every iteration of this loop.I found a topic, “Re-run a Zapier until a task is complete” that I think may have the answer to my question, but the answer tells me to watch a video at https://community.zapier.com/tips-and-inspiration-5/video-creating-a-looping-zapier-automation-using-webhooks-585 , and the link tells me I’m not authorized to view the page.
I created an excel file with the 12 months as my worksheets. I am adding payment information as rows. But I want to add them based on the payment month. For example, if payment is in January, the row should be added in the January worksheet, all February payments should be added in February, etc.
I’m trying to create a zap that pulls out data from an appointment software (Timely) for email marketing purposes. So I created a trigger from “Timely” and the samples that are pulled from it are missing data. So it’s pulling their name, email, etc… and also when their future appointment is, but not when was their last appointment. Even though it’s information displayed for this client in Timely.How can I make Zapier pull in all this missing info? Attached photo from “Timely”, for a certain random client. Zapier will show the data of the next appointment, but not the last appointment.
Hi EveryoneI’m using the action ‘Create Document from Template in Google Docs’, populating a number of field placeholders using values from a Typeform form.The document being created is a set of meeting minutes and includes a table of attendees at the top of the document. In a column alongside the attendees names is a hardcoded list of job roles. Where an attendee does not attend I need to not only have the placeholder disappear (‘Unused Fields Preference - Remove’), but also remove the whole line from the table (to avoid large amounts of whitespace in the middle of the doc). Has anybody got a clean way of doing this?My solution is to prepare numerous templates, one for each combination of attendees, and then use Paths to match the relevant attendance to the relevant template. However, this seems cumbersome at best. Can anyone think of a simpler way? (Apologies - I’m new to Zapier, so there may be a very obvious solution using an app I’m unfamiliar with).Any help, much appreciated.C
