Trello Move Card To List and Create SMS Conversation in Thryv

Hi Zapier Community, I need an automation between Trello and Thryv.

 

When: A card is added to a list in Trello

Then: Find/create client in Thryv and create a SMS conversation and send the SMS to the client

 

I have managed to achieve connecting Trello and Thryv and successfully finding and creating the client in Thryv using details in the Trello card. 

 

However, only email conversation can be created in Thryv, the question is, is there a way to create SMS conversations instead of email conversations only?

I did some digging into this, and it looks like Thryv doesn’t support the SMS conversion. That said, you can contact our Support Team to create a feature request on your behalf to support SMS conversion in Thryv. You can reach our Support team here: https://zapier.com/app/get-help.

 

Meanwhile, you might want to consider using another app to send an SMS message. Check out our list of supported apps categorized under Phone & SMS here: https://zapier.com/apps/categories/phone.​​​
