Hello. I am trying to create a new zap. I cannot get zapier to pull the right product up in thrivecart. Everything looks right in Thrive cart. Why is it not pulling up the proper product to test.
I want to do one thing. Create a Google sheet if that sheet does not exist, and update the sheet if it does.The sheet’s name is dynamic based on the incoming data. So if a sheet with the title [incoming data title] exists, create a new row in that sheet. If sheet with the title [incoming data title] does not exist, create that sheet.I have tried with all the available Google sheet actions and custom paths, and am at a loss. How do I do this?
I’ve created a Google Form with a field (name = “Initiative Focus Area”) in which I want to use to create a card in a particular Trello Board. I have created a 2 step process that gets the “Initiative Focus Area” information from the Form and 1) checks to see if the List exists, and create it if it doesn’t while the 2nd step) is intended to create the new Card in the List identified in the “Initial Focus Area” field. Step # 1 works without any issues (that of checking for the List and Creating it if necessary), but I get an error of Failed to create a card in TrelloThe app returned "invalid value for idList". in the step to create the card…
I am the Bigin account owner in my Bigin account, so I don’t think I’m running into issues with Bigin CRM permissions. When I try to run the “Create or Update Contact in Bigin by Zoho CRM” Action, I am getting an error that I don’t have sufficient permissions: I am the administrator. I reached out to Bigin help and they told me to reach out to Zapier support, so here I am. Has anyone else run into this issue previously and what was the fix?

I am trying to create a folder on a sharepoint site and the location is /Documents/……. but I would like to know what is the proper format of the custom location I need to put on the “Parent Folder”The error says undefined and should start with SPWeb.ServerRelativeUrl but I don’t know what and where can I find that.Basically, I needed the location based on the value I got from a custom webhook. Additionally, is there a way for Zapier to check if the folder/s has been created already? I have tried to create a folder that already exists and still the zap shows as success. I wanted my zap not to push through if the specific folder is already there.
I am having leads put into a google sheet doc, I would love to have zapier pull the email address from the newest added row and then send a email to that newest lead. I couldn't figure out how to do it.
I’m using zapier to capture new members on my wordpress site. It works fine to just grab every member and add them to the same group. But I’d like to be able to check for specific WORDPRESS ROLES and then sort Mailerlite subscribers to a different group depending on their ROLE. These roles are created via s2member. How can I do this? I’m looking at the Only Continue If… feature within my Zap but I’m not sure exact how to set it up for the roles. There is a “roles” in the first box but it seems to only capture the top level role, I need separate groups for each level (1-4) Thanks for any help.

The problem is that the "find file" feature in the SharePoint integration doesn't work for finding folders, even when using specific folder names. It requires a file extension to locate a file, and since folders don’t have those, it doesn't recognize folders. This raises the question of how to create files within folders if the SharePoint integration cannot find the folder.

Hello everyone,I'm currently working on a project where I'm using a Zapier webhook to make a GET request to the Lockimmo API. The data I'm receiving from the API is not being formatted correctly by Zapier, and I'm having trouble using it in my subsequent actions.The data from the API is in JSON format, but it seems like Zapier is not parsing it in the way I expect. I'm trying to use this data to create or update items in monday.com or even google sheet, but the format of the data is not compatible.Here's an example of the data I'm receiving from the API:{items : { 1 : { my_data.name, my_data.foo },2 : { my_data.name, my_data.foo }}}and as output I got all the name of my_data.name in one variable, same for others keys.I must precise I have like 400 items in this list and have many keys around 30, but only 10 are needed.)I need to be able to create for each item, a new row or a new item in monday.comI also try to use the Formatter by zapier, but I end up with the same result.Thanks ahead
I can’t seem to get my subzap to process input data. I slimmed it down to simply accept one argument and then return that same argument to the calling zap. It seems as though it’s returning the test data from when I was testing the subzap, regardless of what I’m sending it. Is there a bug with subzaps?
Ok so I know there is a way to upload a file to Google Drive. I’m trying to do something similar in Mighty Networks.So, if I were to do this manually the steps would be:Download the video file from Zoom. Start a Quick Post in Mighty. Upload the video, add the text, and format the post.I currently have a zap set up to do the Quick Post in Mighty, but seemingly can only post the link rather than uploading the video. Any suggestions on how to fix that?
Hello, i have noticed that there is no specific option for the extra when creating a zap using buy me a coffee. I have multiple extras (picture attached below) that i sell on buy me a coffee and every extra needs to have a separate action. Zapier however classifies them all into one (picture attached).
Hi,I am building a whatsapp based chatbot in chatfuel, and currently trying to connect it with chatgpt via zapier. I am stuck in the last step of updating the attribute back into chatfuel. I am trying to use the “Update Subscriber” action, but it required using the messenger ID, which is nonexistent (since the chat is whatsapp based). I tried using the whatsapp_user_id, chatfuel_id, and a few other ids that I was able to find via the “find subscriber” action, but all failed. What parameter should I use?

Hi guys, I got really exited today after seeing a tutorial on Youtube about Zapier Chatbots. As a long time Zapier users I rushed in to give it a go. I’m trying to make an Ai Prompt chatbot where I want clients to fill in 2 fields and then respond based on their information.I’m in Interfaces and drag out the Ai Prompt component, but it’s telling me that Chatbots are Disabled. I go into http://zapbots.zapier.com to set up the first Zapbots here. Now I have 3 of them. But still in AI Prompt ZabBot is disabled. What I’m I doing wrong here?

One line item comes from the project and the other comes from the Invoice in salesforce . The product/services vary for each line item. Hi,I want to build a zap between thrive cart and my email marketing software.If customer buy product x then add new contact in email marketing software.However, after connecting Thrivecart Zapier is not showing all main products listed live in Thrivecart. It shows just 8 out of 35 live products. The “load more” button is greyed out and not active.I tried “refresh fields” also without any results.Any idea what I need to do, that all listed products appear in the “trigger for any main product”? When trying to Find/Create a Lead in the Zoho CRM. I get the error in the title. I can’t find anything as to why I am getting this error.
I’m heading out on vacation a will be turning off 4 zaps for about 5 days. If I turn the zap back on when I return, will everything resume as normal? For example, if one of the zaps is set to a delay by zapier step which will day for 5 days, and then email a customer on day 6, will the zap resume the delay by timeframe once its turned back on?
