I have a zap that triggers on a new or updated SQL row. The first step sends the data to woo. The second step should take the output of the first step and update the original row. I have an Upddate SQL server row. There are two fields at the bottom, Row and ID Column. How do I use those two fields? I assume output from the first step will allow the update to identify the correct row to update, but I can find no documentation on the fields in this step.
I have set up a Zap with the action when form submitted on squarespace website create new contact in quotient.It’s not working, according to history in zapier it is working successfully. But contact is not being created in quotient, when looking at zapier settings in quotient zap log says no recent zaps triggered yet.Thanks
Hello all - I’m quite new to using Zapier’s store and StoreClient but understand python at a mediate level. My use case is to alert of any new messages from external users (customers) within a five minute window per channel. I am trying to create a zap that is dynamic as we have an infinite combination of external channels at any one time. So far my zap is as follows:Gather all new messages Filter out any internal user messages Using Zap Store, set values for Channel Id and Ts Time Get Storage Secret Use Python to compare timestamps of current and most recent messages within a channel and return true if within five minutes of each other.This is where I’d like to be able to compare the row prior for each channel. I would normally use pandas but I’m unsure if that’s overkill, but most importantly I’m not sure if/how StoreClient.get_many handles the values. It’s really unclear even when I return the data as output. Any tips in the right direction greatly appreciated!EDIT: I found using ht

Hello,One of the action in my zap is a Create/Update user in a third party app. In this action if an ID is provided the app will update the user according to the ID. If no ID is given it will create a new user.My issue is that when the ID field is empty (it should create a new user) but Zapier is sending a string that looks like this : {{202001719__Id}}Even tho I give it no data : So when the third party app receive this it tries to update the user “{{202001719__Id}}” witch of course does not exist so it sends back an error.I even tried to create a code action that set the ID to null if no ID is given, it does output me an empty field that looks like this :And again when given and testing this output send this {{1722784624__output}} to the app… How can I leave the Id field empty if there is no id ?Thanks in advance.
Hi I have an issue with this zap, it is in an infinite loop. I received one email that match the trigger, and the zaps runned indefinitely, sending hundreds of emails. What can I do to make the trigger happen just once?Thank you
Hi All, Relatively new to Zapier and trying to solve a problem thats fairly convoluted. Hoping with all the new features this is possible in Zapier, rather than getting something custom built. BackgroundWe have several Shopify stores that create custom portraits. As there are unique requests for each order, we have an app (lets call it App #1) that manages that. This app is not integrated with Zapier. The devs of that app have set up an export for us into Google Sheets (triggered when the order is paid), where some of the order metadata is sent. We also use another app (lets call it App #2) that manages the portrait approvals by the customer (this app IS integrated with Zapier with a current active zap).BUT we only pay the artists when the portrait is approved by the customer, and that notification is what is exported by App #2, because it can be some time after the order was placed/paid for. Both apps export to Tab #1 and both reference the same order ID, so we end up with 2 lines for

But when I tried the test, I entered all the information but it’s not showing on the reponses collected on Zapier, so the “People” created on Dovetail is also blank. Hi! I need to get some file from my private S3 bucket and attach it to a email and send it.I see there is an option to upload files to S3 but there is no predefined way to download it (it’s an image smaller than 4MB). I have tried using the AWS SDK but it has been impossible to get the file content. (The bucket is private so it cannot be downloaded from an URL as you may think)Am I doing something wrong? is this possible to achieve? what do you recommend?
Hello Everyone, I have a Zap triggered when a row is added in a google sheet table. In step 4 of my Zap I do a look up in a google sheet table, but I get this error “This usually happens when the Zap does not receive a response from Google Sheets within 30 seconds confirming we could access the spreadsheet data successfully.” The connexion is right, this table only has 700 rows, the sheet and table IDs are right, and there is the value in the google sheet. I tried replaying them but it’s not working.. When I replay a zap, will it replay with new data it the google sheet has been updated? Or only the one the triggered the zap? Thanks for your helps!
New to Zapier so please bare with me. I have set a up a Zap from our CRM, when a stage in the process is updated, a new row with data from the CRM is added to Excel.This worked in the test however is now not working when the stages are reached within the CRM.Excel is only showing two lines of data, which are from when the tests were run. From the below example, the action should have been completed seven times therefore seven new lines added to excel. I have check the connection to the CRM and excel is correct. Note due to company policy, I cannot state the CRM system we use.
This issue appears recently as of July 11. I’ve built an integration that interacts with a vendor’s API. One of its POST endpoints includes the ability to register a callback URL, which I supply the URL that’s generated by a Zap’s “Webhook by Zapier” step. Currently, this architecture works fine.I noticed that the Formstack app has a “New Submission” trigger that is marked as “instant”. How this defined in the app’s code? Is there a way to generate a callback URL (https://hooks.zapier.com/hooks/catch/X/Y/) in the integration that is available to be registered with the vendor’s API?

I’m trying to update live items from Outlook Calendar to Webflow CMS. My create new event is working just fine but my update live items returns this error Failed to create an item in WebflowThe app returned "ValidationError: Provided ID is invalid". I’m guessing I’m not putting the right information into the required item field but I have no idea what that is supposed to be. Creating new live event Zap did not require the “item” field.
Alright friends! I’m back again with another extremely niche ask. I have now mastered PDFfiller and filled documents, but I’m a bit confused as to how SignNow and PDFfiller speak to one another. It seems through Zapier, I can’t take my newly filled PDF from PDFfiller to create a template or other in SignNow. I can only send a freeform invite which doesn’t work for what I need as I need a role-based document for 1 recipient. I’m looking for a work-around. Ultimately Docusign had a similar issue, but is there something I’m missing between PDFfiller and SignNow? I’ve attached screenshots of my flow so you understand the trigger point is a newly filled document, and I’d love to take that document into signnow and have it create a signature template to then send out. I have the signature fields mapped out in PDFfiller, so you’d think SignNow would be able to convert. I also tried a workaround with creating an entirely new document from a template that I would fill in SignNow instead of PDFf
I have setup a Zap that sends Eventbrite events to our Google Calendar. Each time I run the zap, the calendar event shows up one hour later than scheduled. I have checked both Zapier and Google to make sure we are on EST (America/New York) but nothing seems to fix it. For some reason, the code below has a line that says “dateTime_pretty Aug 12, 2023 05:00PM” but that is not the correct start time on the event. I’m not sure why it’s referencing that info instead of thedateTime2023-08-12T17:00:00-04:00 Any suggestions? Hi there. I was wondering if anyone knows why I could be seeing this error when I run a test to send an SMS via ClickSend. The text I am using is simply “test” And in the mobile number field, I am in New Zealand and have put in: +64 and then my mobile. I know this is correct. I have also test it a few other ways, but I still get the error. I am trying to send an SMS when a quote is accepted in Quotient. Everything looks to be setup correctly there.

The zap has one action which checks if a prospect exists in Pardot, if no then creates a new prospect in Pardot.However, we want to add one more action here which covers the second part. Hi, I’m looking to create a Zap to send an email when a Hubspot deal changes stage, stating what the new deal stage is, and some other data pulled from hubspot. Ideally this would all be automated, but I’m not sure how to get “deal stage” “previous stage” etc to populate in the Zapier email body. Any help would be very appreciated!
I am new to Zapier and ran into a problem. NOTE: I am just using the free version right now. I am trying to create a Zap that takes a Google Forms response and pushes it to ChatGPT. I have successfully linked my Google forms and my ChatGPT account, to which I have a paid subscription. I keep getting this error message. Although I have the free Zapier account, I have free space and only using 1/5 Zaps. Is this because I need a paid subscription to Zapier to get Chat GPT to work right? Also, I am only using one action (which is all the free version allows). I hope someone can help.
Hello,I have created a Zap between Facebook Lead Ads and Zoom Webinar. In my Zoom event, I have multiple registration links for the same event. I want to change the default registration link that Zap sets up for me. It would involve changing the "join_url" link for the "Create Webinar Registrant in Zoom" action.
