We use Keap and Quickbooks Online. I need to get it set up that when an order/donation gets made in keap, that it goes over to QB. Our Current Problem: When orders are placed in Keap, they are ran through our Processor which is Authorize.net. When they deposit into QBO, it is lumped and we have to manually go through and split the deposit based on what was sold. Ideal solution, is that they match u p and we are verifying each month pls who can help me

Hi All,I’m fairly new to Zapier and think this is probably going to be quite simple, but I’m not sure what to search for to find a help article. I am sending data from WooCommerce (new completed order) to Xero (New Sales Invoice). One of the fields I am passing is some meta data from our events booking plugin, Amelia. Our customers are booking weekly classes in historical fencing. Each of the classes is generally known, but there is some unknown variation.For example;Input Output Class Name Weapon Longsword Longsword Longsword - Beginners Course Longsword Longsword (reserved) Longsword Park Sparring Other Rapier Rapier Sabre Sabre Sabre -( Grappling session) Sabre Sabre (Including New Starters) Sabre What I am after is a mapping step such that if any of the possible values for “Weapon” are contained in the string for “Class Name” then to Output that weapon, otherwise to Output “Other”. Hello! I have two zaps set up from Dubsado to SimpleTexting. It’s set so that when a project is changed to a specific status in Dubsado, to send a text message via Simple Texting. The problem is, when I turned it on, it literally ran 43 times and sent a single client multiple text messages, even though she didn’t meet the criteria for the zap based on how I set it up. In Dubsado, I only have 1 client that meets this exact criteria right now, and it’s a test client. If it helps, none of the test criteria matched the exact status when I tested (even though I had *just* changed a project’s status in Dubsado), so I had to edit the record to match the status that I wanted it to send on. Even when I clicked “load more” it just kept loading the same three projects even though I was manually changing the status of other projects. Do I need to add another filter with additional criteria somewhere? TIA!! Here’s a screenshot of the Zap setup:

I am trying to create a Zap that pulls todos from Basecamp based on their due dates and put it in a Google sheet. I’m only able to find an option for when a new todo is created. We have a lot of todos that are pushed out every week/month/quarter. Would those trigger the Zap? I’m also limited to only pulling from one project when I’d like it to be our entire Basecamp 3 account. Is that possible?
Hello,I am new to Zapier, and I was trying to connect my JotForm submissions to my Postgres DB to directly get the submissions into Postgres DB as new row entries. Situation: I have 2 Google Calendars (personal and professional) and successfully set up a Zap that runs when a New Event is created on GCal A and creates a New Detailed Event on GCal B (identical to the one of GCal A). I would like to create a Zap so that when the event is cancelled on GCal A, it gets cancelled on GCal B.I am currently using a free Zapier account, so I’m limited to single-step Zaps (i.e. can’t use a trigger-search-action configuration). I have been trying to set up a Zap where the trigger is Event Cancelled on GCal A and the action is Delete Event. Like others have shared, I’m running into an issue with getting the right event ID.When I test my action (using an event that I created on GCal A, Zap copied to GCal B, then deleted from GCal A), I get a 404 error because the event on GCal B has a different ID than the event on GCal A. I looked at a few different help threads and it seems like I need to do something to update the event ID on the original GCal A event to mat
Hi! I have a zap set up: email the pdf of new file in a shared google drive folder. The zap normally works but on occasion, when moving an existing file from an outside folder that is within the same shared drive (into the folder assigned to the zap), it does not trigger and zapier does not reflect an error. I am aware that edits need to be made to an existing file within four days of the move. I have tested making edits before moving, closing the file and waiting on a zap and the zap still isn’t running. Additional background:We have private domain google email accounts (bocataq.com) as well as a gmail.com account that access these files. The shared drive is on the private domain (bocataq.com) but files are normally generated by the google.com user. The zap normally triggers when either the bocataq.com or google.com accounts create and move the files into the folder. The file that triggers the zap is a google sheet.
I’m developing a new integration (using the Zapier cli) for the company I work for. Our API returns Date-Times in UTC . We think our users would find that confusing so we were thinking it might be good to convert those times into the users local time zone. When developing, we see that the bundle passed to the trigger contains the zap’s timezone at meta.zap.user.timezone. So, in our integration we could just decide to reuse that timezone there and make the adjustments. That said, I don’t see any specific documentation for meta.zap.user.timezone anywhere and the meta.zap.help field includes the words: "This data structure is provided for backwards compatibility,", "and should not be relied upon in a Zapier integration." So this begs the question: is meta.zap.user.timezone stable for us to use? Or will it be problematic?
I’m having some trouble passing data to Asana (when tag added in our CRM create a task in Asana). My task in asana has custom fields, including a custom date field. It looks like that custom date field is the thing causing issues, if I don’t pass that info along then all the custom fields fill out, but when it’s included they’re all blank. Zapier support said the date format may be different than our CRM so I’m using the Date Formatter to edit it to YYYY-MM-DD (I can’t find anywhere online what date format Asana supports for custom date fields). Although it looks like it may be YYYY-MM-DD-THH:mm:ss.SSSZ ? No idea. Looks like this post was a similar issue and @Troy Tessalone was able to find a solution using the API Request action… but I’m definitely confused about how that works, and could use some more instructions. Thanks in advance for any help!
Hi I’m trying to connect chatbase to zappier and it only has two input fields that ask for the KEY and another for display name. When I put the key in which is required It gives me an error for wrong chatbotID. I found the ID and tried it in the input fields and none of them end up working and either says wrong chatbotID or wrong API key. How can I fix this. thank you very much.this is the error code after I put the API key
Is there a way to stop Zapier zipping up images sent to Google Drive? I am trying to automate a process of sending inspection photos to our clients. Photos uploaded to Airtable, sent to Google Drive then trying to output the Google Drive file link to Gmail however Zapier zips up the files sent to Google Drive which makes it clunky on the receiving end of the email. Is there maybe a free alternative to Google Drive for the image hosting to be able to send a link to the client to view the images?
We recieve an email to Gmail that has a pdf attachment with 2-12 invoice numbers that are paid. -they are paid from the same company but NOT for the same quickbooks customer. -the pdf attachment does not include the customer name. But does include the 4 number invoice # I want to automate quickbooks to mark those invoices paid. 1. I have the Gmail part figured out. How to trigger the sender and the pdf. I'm just not sure where I go next. Adding the action from quickbooks will not let me search the attachment for the invoice numbers. Any advice?
I’ve configured a Zap using Webhooks in order to connect data from an e-commerce store to Klaviyo. The Zap works as expected, receiving data from the e-commerce store (and the store itself is reporting a response of 200 OK when it publishes to the webhook.) The first Zap I’ve done basically looks like this:Webhooks by Zapier (catch all from webhook URL) Filter: Check if webhook is a particular event type (abandoned cart, in this case) Klaviyo: create abandoned cart event.The issue I’m having is that I’m now trying to set up a different Zap using the same webhook (duplicated from the first) but the first step (“Webhooks by Zapier”) is refusing to pull any new records. It is only displaying *one* record, which is the same test record I used to configure the first Zap, an abandoned cart event.I’ve attached a screenshot to show what I mean. As you can see, only one record from July 26th is being displayed. Of course, I’ve refreshed this (“Find New Records”) many times and have waited over

Hello,we want to Extract Data with browse.ai from our website. We have a list of Product Names with corresponding Search URLs and want to check weekly if the products are Online and what the current price is.The Zap should look something like this:Trigger: Every Monday at 8 amAction: Get URLs from Google SpreadsheetAction: Get those URLs to browse.ai and scrape the dataWhat we have Working and what is still needed:We have the Task in Browse.ai set up and working. Insert the URL and it returns the Info we need to the Spreadsheet. Basically we just need to get the URLs from the Spreadsheet and insert them as the Origin URL in Browse.ai each Week. Problems we run into:The Spreadsheet is only updated once a month(Products in the campaign change once per month). So the spreadsheet is more or less static and it’s roughly 100 rows.We cannot do it over the Browse.ai Monitor since there would be 100 URLs we would have to change manually each month.Right now we have one zap set up: the Task runs
