How can I pull Basecamp todos based on due dates to Google Sheets?

I am trying to create a Zap that pulls todos from Basecamp based on their due dates and put it in a Google sheet. 

  1. I’m only able to find an option for when a new todo is created. We have a lot of todos that are pushed out every week/month/quarter. Would those trigger the Zap?
  2. I’m also limited to only pulling from one project when I’d like it to be our entire Basecamp 3 account. Is that possible?

Good questions.

 

I’m only able to find an option for when a new todo is created. We have a lot of todos that are pushed out every week/month/quarter. Would those trigger the Zap?

Sometimes the only way to know for sure is to configure the Zap and test.

 

I’m also limited to only pulling from one project when I’d like it to be our entire Basecamp 3 account. Is that possible?

You may have to use the Basecamp 3 API for more advanced functionality.
