I’m looking for a way to pull the specific user role that a customer has on my woocommerce store and send it into a row of a google sheet when they place an order. Does anyone have any clue how to do this? Would I need to custom code it to pull their accounts meta data in?

Dear All, Im trying to update a cards name with a number between brackets when it is entered to a certain list in my Trello board, however zapier is not giving me an option to set it for all cards that enter the list, its only giving me an option to choose a card in that list that already exists, can someone please let me know how to choose the option of all cards that enter the list should be updated. I am using Investment Dominator (a real estate CRM tool) and Slybroadcast (tool to send out voice messages). The idea is to send our clients an automated message, after the due date is reached (they have received an offer). In my CRM tool the trigger event is that I update the record to offer sent status, but the action (send message via Slybroadcast) should not happen immediately. It should only happen, once the due date is reached. The Zap works well without this condition but I was not able to setup the ZAP in the way, that the action should only be triggered once the due date is reached. My thinking was to add a filter function: Only Continue If… and then insert the due date into the first cell and use also the “date/time” feature but that doesn’t work. In that case it seems I need to add manually a target date in the last field. Then it works, but actually I want that this should happen automatically. The ZAP should automatically recognize once the date is reached and execute
Using ConvertKit and Clickfunnel App on this one. On ConvertKit when an email is tagged with sma-purchased. It will tag also the same email on Clickfunnel. The setup is like this because there are other forms we have aside from Clickfunnel form. So the zap is setup like this. So to do this I setup the zap like this. Step1: When this happens - When this tag added to email on ConvertKit Step2: Do this - Find Contact Profile Email in Clickfunnel Step3: Zapier Path - Path A: IF email exist add the same tag on the email in Clickfunnel. I'm trying to search for an email on clickfunnel. If email is found it will be tagged. But if not, will the zap ends there? Or it will cause an error if its not found?
Problem I can’t seem to get the test data to work when testing a trigger we’ve created and I’m confused as to how I can dynamically set the sample data. Background We’ve built a trigger that has a lot of static fields in the sample file. We have the ability to narrow those fields significantly if we could dynamically pull by a parameter. How do I dynamically pull for the sample file? How can I also get the test data trigger to work. Right now it just shows static sample data. We update our database when a zap fires so a request wont work more than once. Im just confused as to how the sample file and the test data should work.
Here is the backstory to my questions below. I have created a Google Doc template in my gsuite. I have a Google Sheet that when a row is added I want Zapier to create a new Google Doc from the Google Doc Template I assign. It creates the document and puts the document into the folder i assigned in my google drive, however, what i need assistance with is how do i get it to put the information from the sheet into the doc. I assume it would be something like {{header column name}} but I cant figure out how to do it so that is what i need assistance with. My question is how do i get Zappier to transfer the data in the row of the sheet into specific parts of the google doc?

Hello, I can’t for the life of me figure out why I’m having such inconsistency between when I trigger a zap and the time it takes to update. Sometimes I add content to a spreadsheet and it works immediately. Immediately after I can add content and it doesn’t work unless I turn the zap on and then off again. And right after that I can add content like just moments ago and nothing happens at all. Why won’t this update? I’m not adding a lot of data and there’s nothing in my task lists. What’s the problem????
Hello, I am curious to as if there is a way to have Zapier wait say thirty minutes and then sweep our CRM for contact updates and then send them to Airtable? Reason being is the client will not pay for a Zapier plan that will have the 50,000 tasks they need in order to have this type of Zap run instantly. The client usually is on the phone or working on one specific contact for at least 15 minutes and making various property changes that equate to a lot of tasks. If Zapier could wait a set amount of time and then check to see if anything has changed/contact I would hope this would help reduce the amount of tasks used/day. Any help is greatly appreciated!
I am trying to create a zap from a database. Right now, I can get the Zap to add an event on the calendar. but I would like the calendar to update the event when the row is changed. While i couldnt figure out how to do that, I was trying to 1. create an event, 2. on an edit, delete the past event, 3. create a new event. I just can’t figure this out.

Hi all, I have been looking on the community for a while, but couldn't find what i need. So may'be someone knows the answer for me. The case is: I run an query on an API request. That's working fine. But sometimes i have 1 result, sometimes multiple results. What is good. (For your perception: i make an call to the APIv3 of HubSpot and i am looking for deals what are 20 days in the past are set to an certain dealstage) Someday i find 2 deals, sometimes i find 8 deals. Now i want to send to the deal id's that i find the same e-mail. How do i run this? Because if i have 1 results than it’s easy for me. But by multiple?? Do have first store them in google sheets? I need some pointers to use, i am on the 50k zap plan of zapiers so anything is possible. The result of the query is data field with al deal id's in one line the a comma between it. Aloha, When a new user is added to a Wordpress site a record is created in a Knack database. This record is accessed by an APP to verify the user. In the field for password I do not see the field to add the password field to Knack. All other fields are available.

one of the app in Zapier, I had 2 versions. migrated one specific user from 2.0.0 to 3.0.0 then I can see the workflow got updated and pushing fine with the 3.0.0 version. But i can see the number of users count got not changed in zapier developer platform. Its same as before migrated one. may I know why its happening

I have created a Zap to connect QB and Salesforce. In the organization, QBs, the donations are added as deposits. There is only an event for payments in Zapier. The created Zap did fire but no opportunity was created (although the contact record shows a modification) Has anyone experienced this before? If so, were you able to workaround this issue? Hi, My zap should trigger when I make a sale with JVzoo and it creates a goal in Google Analytics. This used to work well, until about a month ago. Google Analytics doesn’t display anything, not even if I make a test. My other GA goals made without Zapier works well. Once I got this error via email, very likely this is the issue: Google Analytics: Quota Error: You have exceeded the maximum number of writes/day for this project. Task history recorded my tests as success, but GA goals displays nothing. Thanks
