I want to take a phone number and file from a gmail email we receive for a voicemail and put it into a phone and file column in Monday.com. 
 

is this possible and how would I go about it ?

Yes, this is possible. Is the email format same with every email?

Thank you and yes it’s the same format. Number in the subject box and voicemail attachment

  1. To extract a phone number you can write a Javascript code using Code by Zapier app
  2. For attachments, Gmail has an action to get the attachment from an email
