Can Zapier search a folder in onedrive and identify the correct subfolder in which to upload a document?

I am trying to set up Zapier to upload documents received via email to the correct client file in onedrive. I have figured out how to program this for each individual client, but I’m wondering if there is a way to have Zapier find the right folder based on information in the email. For example: if the email states that the document is for client Joe Smith, Zapier would then know to upload the document into Joe Smith’s folder. But if the email states the document is for Sally Mae, Zapier uploads to her folder. I’m trying to figure out if I can do this without needing to program each client folder as an individual zap or filter.

Wordpress account “authentication failed: Error parsing response” error

Hi Zapier community! I’ve selected the Wordpress Zapier app and have been trying to login to a clients Wordpress account to begin building my Zap. However, each time log in (with the correct credentials) I receive the following error message:authentication failed: Error parsing response. We got: "<html> <head> <META NAME="robots" CONTENT="noindex,nofollow"> <script src="/_Incapsula_Resource?S"I’ve tried:Deactivating all plugins (except the Zapier Plugin) on the clients Wordpress dashboard and tried to log in - no luck. Removing the meta data from the page header - no luck Creating a new admin user - no luckI’d LOVE some help if anyone has run into this problem before and found the solution.Thanks.

Zoom Meeting Duration to Google Calendar End Time

Hello,I am trying to create a Zap for when a Zoom meeting is created a new meeting event is created in Google calendar. I have the zap working well other than the meeting end time. If I create a detailed event I must enter a start and end time for the event. Start time is an option from Zoom. End time is not an option as Zoom calls this Duration.   Ex: Detailed event, start time from zoom is available, Duration is available (Duration could change) I have tested this with the start time +1hr and that does work but meeting durations will vary so hard coding the +1 hour isn’t a good solution. Has anyone else had this issue or is there something I am overlooking that would solve this? Thank you!

Insert picture from Google Drive into Gmail email using HTML?

Hi! I totally love your item! Tragically I don't have the foggiest idea how to code HTML however am gradually learning. I have perused the Embedding pictures in the body of an email in Gmail string yet was as yet not ready to do it. I'm attempting to install a picture in my email from my google drive. I have been generally ineffective. The furthest I have gotten is either a connection to divert to the picture or I get a clear square where the picture ought to be. I have changed the body to be HTML. I thought this code looked right. Google Drive to Microsoft Outlook file attachment error

Hello everyone. I created a zap with series of steps... Create a folder; Upload a file; Then send to outlookHey thereI have a zap which basically creates a google drive folder and adds four files (editable google sheets documents) to the four folders, and then send email in Microsoft outlook.But for some reason, it send the file as a .PHP instead of .xslx, even when I specified the file attachment as .xslx. Can anyone advice on this?

Because getting almost 700 leads every day and cannot sync it 700 times daily.So want to restrict it for few selective hours like sync once in every two hours.But I am not able to locate right scheduling option in Zapier. Please help urgently.

Hi All I am trying to process data from docparser, it adds all the correct columns and rows, but when in zapier, it doesn’t make multiple rows, it adds the whole column into one row, and there's 15 rows per colours, It does this for google sheets, and MySQL? Please assist me

Find Trello Card action - card not found

Hey there,I want to create a 3-step Zap on our business account (not this one), with: event X → find Trello card → update Trello card with different name.Zapier can’t find the initial Trello card in question, although it uses the same name format I am using in another Zap, where it creates said card. I can’t pick a specific card from the list, Zapier first has to find it.I find a similar issue but it has no resolution. What am I missing?

Does any use Zapier to push messages to 1st Connections that are now going from Octopus to LInkedin but to Salesforce and have them come into Salesforce as new Leads or Accounts and include the message as an activity?Before I get serious with my limited time, I need to understand it’s full abilities and possible limitations.    Thank you.

New Zendesk ticket from Typeform is adding 'New' tickets as 'Open'

Hi there, I’ve got a Zap that takes TypeForm entries and sends them into Zapier using the New ticket action. I’m setting the status of tickets to be ‘New’, but for some reason they’re being added as ‘Open’. Wondering if this is something to do with either the ‘first comment public’ field being set to true, or the fact we’re specifying tags on this ticket and on Zendesk’s side that happens after the ticket creation, meaning it’s then ‘Open’? Has anyone got any experience with this and ways around it so that new tickets with tags are in fact ‘New’?

Zoho Inventory fulfillment data sent to Shopify is incorrect on product bundles

Zoho inventory does not have any way of using the same inventory pool to create virtual bundles within its system. On Shopify we sell a bundle that we want to fulfill from the same component inventory pool without having to allocate separate inventory to it. Here’s an example:Shopify has 5 computer items for sale:1) Monitor2) Tower3) Keyboard4) Mouse5) Complete Computer Bundle (includes 1x Monitor, 1x Tower, 1x Keyboard, 1x Mouse)If I have 100 of each item 1-4 in my warehouse, the stock count for #5 is automatically 100. If someone buys 10 Monitors, I now have 90 Monitors left and also only 90 Complete Computer Bundles left since I can’t compile more than that due to monitor limitations. As of right now, Zoho Inventory requires me to set the inventory for 1-4 to 90 and #5 to 10 so each item has it’s own allocated inventory. If I sell 5 of those 10 bundles, I’ll have 5 bundles left and still 90 of each of the other items. That’s a complete backwards approach, I don’t care if someone buy

Cancel access to event after Demio on-demand event watched?

Hello allHope you are all safe and wellMy first post here so apologies if I am asking a daft question.I am wondering if it is possible to automatically cancel a unqiue Demio event registration link for anyone using Zapier?I have created Zaps that automatically register people to our Demio webinar events using google sheets and zapier and it saves me so much time and I love it.What would really help me next is if it is possible after a certain trigger in the webinar happens (such as the on-demand event was watched until the end or an action that is recorded in Demio’s insights - poll voting or attendance percentage achieved or a forwarding URL is triggered) the attendees unique access link to that event is cancelled.I am looking to run an on-demand webinar of pre-recorded content through Demio but want it to be a one-time watch only. The presentation may be available for a 2 week period for any attendee to watch but I am looking for that presentation to only be watch by the delegate onc

I often have a lot of tabs open in Chrome (on my Mac). I want to copy their full content to Trello. I use the Trello Web Clipper in Chrome to do this manually, choosing each time on each tab to add full content to Trello. I would like to automate this. Can Zapier do so for all the tabs in a given window of Chrome?

Reformatted text not being sent from Formatter to Airtable

I’m trying to set up a Zap that will take a new to-do item (or message would work too) from Basecamp 3 and create a record in an Airtable table. The trigger works fine, but I’m having trouble getting the correct information to translate into Airtable. When I map the fields for the action, the Basecamp input for the “Description” field spits out HTML coded text and a non-active link to an image that was in the “Notes” field of the Basecamp task. I tried adding a format step to remove the HTML tags, and the test of this step worked, but when I test the action, I still get all the code showing up in the Airtable record.Is there a way to set this up or map the fields so I only get text? And is there a way to separate out the image posted in the Basecamp to-do and make it go to a different field in the Airtable record?

Mailchimp Campaign isn't working

HelloUpon an order from Samcart, I have set up a zap to connect to a Mailchimp campaign with details of how to access the product.  The zap has ticked as working but I’ve just bought the product myself and it is not.  What am I missing? Flow as follows:Order in Samcart Zap linked Samcart to Mailchimp campaign, tagged audience with a campaign email with joining instructions.Purchased product and Zap is on - emailed not delivered. Help!
