I’ve been able to do the following:create a new issue in Slack when a Linear ticket is created find the message in Slack See the first Slack threaded commentWhere i’m stuck: I can’t see any follow up threaded comment. I’d like Zapier to track a specified Slack thread and post those individual Slack posts as a new comment in the Linear ticket.
I receive daily business emails from my co-workers every morning.One of my daily tasks is to check the specifications of the work in the mail and write a manufacturing design for the product.I want to automate this.The order is as follows.1. Crawl the required work specification in the mail contents.2. Send the information to Google spreadsheet3. Automatically create a manufacturing design by adding functions by work history from a spreadsheet.4. Finally, reply to my Outlook mail with the completed sheet.The problem is that I'm trying to work with zapier, but I can't find the ability to crawl items with specific syntax or rules in the mail content.I would appreciate it if you could let me know if there is such a function.
Hi guys,I can connect FB Messenger API and pull data of customer chats into spreadsheet just fine.But what I’m trying to do is to also retrieve the reply chat (and it’s timestamp) to the spreadsheet.So, i know how long it takes, for each of my FB agent to reply to the message. Hi there!I'm hoping to get some help with integrating my Typeform and Google Sheet. I have a questionnaire set up in Typeform and I'd like to take the combination of answers from the user and have it calculate a price in Google Sheet (combinaison between brand, category and size of a clothes). Then, I'd like for that price to appear as the result for the user on the same Typeform.Has anyone successfully done this before and could share some tips or guidance? Hey!How can I found out the list of actions inside CW Manage that are defined as a ticket being “Updated”? We are trialing Zapier to create a one-way sync of new tickets in what we are caling New Manage, from another Instance of CW Manage (Old Manage) We have the ticket creation going great! But we need to update the statuses i.e. when a ticket is Closed in Old Manage, to also update the status in New Manage. I am using the “New/Updated Ticket in ConnectWise Manage Zap” but I cannot figure out what the definition of “Updated” is, and the Zap never triggers! I have tried changing the status, editing type/subtype/item, updating resources and changing the summary line but nothing makes it run. Thanks!
I’m working on a Zap that reports activity in our CRM (Close) daily for 19 different people. I’ve set my trigger as schedule by zapier, the zap then finds all user IDs for people on the “Field Sales” team in a lookup spreadsheet. Then I want it to create a report for each user ID and send that report through a slack channel setup for this purpose. I think I’ve got it all setup correctly, but how can I test without waiting for the next day? As far as I can tell, testing each step doesn’t trigger the loop. And as a secondary question, can I do this with Excel given the action is just “find row” and not “find multiple rows” like you might find in Google Sheets? If not, are there any other options besides Google sheets? Thanks!

CONTEXT: I have a bot that posts a message in a slack channel when a support ticket is created. The thread of this post is often used to troubleshoot the issue between our support team and the client. GOAL: The problem I am trying to solve, is alerting their team and ours when a ticket is closed. Ideally, I would like to find the thread of the original post and for a bot to reply “this ticket has now been closed” PROBLEM: In the above examples, I don’t see where the user has entered Channel ID: or how this relates to the OG thread. Hoping someone can help me 🤞
I’ve set up a zap to send new leads from my Google Sheet to the company Salesforce everytime a row has been created or updated. But how do I dynamically and automatically send that lead to a Rep in my team?The Rep’s name is included as a column entry in the Google Sheet. I tried inserting a Search Record action in between the the Trigger and the Action but it didn’t work. Any tips? Thanks.
Hello!I am trying to create Trello cards to monitor and track Google Form submissions. I have been able to do and have a Trello card created every time the Google Form is submitted. However, the card only provides the ANSWERS to the Google Form and not the questions as well. Because I have multiple “yes / no” questions on the Google Form, it is impossible for me to tell which answer corresponds to which question. So, is there anyway to show the Question (or even just the question number) from the Google Form in addition to the Google Form Answers? Thanks for the help!

I’m trying to create a zap between Google Calendar and Housecall Pro. When a new event is created in Google Calendar I’d like a job created in Housecall Pro. However, the only action available is “Create Customer” for Housecall Pro. Is there a way to create a new job action for housecall pro? or is this something that has to be done by Housecall Pro? See below screen shot for back story on why I’d like this action.TIA! Reason I’d like this zap: I have contracts with several Airbnb owners to clean and maintain their properties, I’m able to link up using iCal so that I see their schedule of when guest check out. How can a Zap transfer new product data to Shopify when a new row is added to an Excel, and what is considered a new row?
I want to set a Zap that transfers data to Shopify as a new product when I add a new product (row) to my Excel sheet. I haven’t been able to get a Zap to work thus far. A couple of clarifying questions:does adding a new row literally mean I need to insert a new row, or does adding data in cells in the bottom row constitute a ‘new row’ should I be setting the zap to consider ‘update in row’ instead? If so, how long do I have to enter data in my columns of that row before the Zap is triggered?
I’m looking to extract the latest date contained within the body of an email, and the parser seems to be having trouble. It’s for accommodation - so the way the email comes from the system, it’s structured like so: The visitors could be staying two days or twenty days, which makes extracting the end date of the stay really difficult and the parser doesn’t seem to be learning it’s the last one. It will be the latest date contained within the email. Is there a way of parsing this? Thanks for your help!
Hi, we are sending mails in “CC” to the zapier mailparser. For further processing i would like to extract the original recipient the mail was send to. Unfortunately the original recipient is replaced by the mailbox and the original recipient is lost. Is there any workaround to get the real recipient for this mail.Kind Regards Michael

I have created a Zap that uses Twilio to call and text my partner and I several times over the course of 10 minutes when a new lead comes in from our website, which will allow us to contact leads right away. we will be hiring two sales people soon, and want to also send them the same sms and robo-call when leads come in.Instead of manually adding the new sales reps’ phone numbers to each step in the zap, is it possible to automatically update the steps in the zap (all twilio actions) with the new phone numbers by entering them once somewhere else...such as a google sheet or another zap step?

I have a Zap that pushes line items from WooCommerce using a loop.I need another line item based on quantity.So for example if the order is:Blue x1 Green x2I need the Zap to push the following:Blue x1 Green x1 Green x1Zapier doesn’t allow nested loops.Can anybody think of a way to split the line items based on both quantity and type?

Hi! Has this feature been added yet? I’d like to add the unique email address of a Trello card to clients’ Google contacts so that when I email the client, it also bccs their Trello card and thus saves the conversation history in the comments :) If there’s a better way to do it than this, I’m all ears too! I’ve created a trigger to run anytime a new person signs up for my weekly tip email and that calls an action to send them one of my creator coins (this is using the Social Connector app).In the “Set up action” selection, I can add an email or use the email from the trigger. Is there any way I can set this up so that it uses an entry from a Google Sheet, Excel, or CSV file?I’m trying to send coins to my existing subscribers and don’t want to have to do it manually.Thanks!
