Zapier connects our SlyBroadcast and Jungo/Salesforce and it works just fine sending a voicemail one at a time and groups. We want a Zap workflow that will trigger/send voicemails to Clients during their mortgage loan process, eg: “Clear to Close.” I have yet to find a way to make this happen. Anyone have suggestions or link to video/instructions?
Workflow:Jotform entry submitted > New Row in Google Sheet updatedI would like to then create a Statement with this information. We currently, manually copy the sheet and plug in the data. What would be the best way to do this through Zapier?When new row is created or updated > Create copy of template > Rename template > Insert Data from Sheet A (Jotform answers) into Sheet B (new copy of template) I am open to other solutions. What is important is to be able to manually update the new copy manually if needed in the future.

I just setting up my first two Zaps and I came across an issue. I setup a Zap to push new events from Outlook to Todoist. This Zap works well.However, when I created a second Zap to push Outlook event updates to Todoist, it seems there is no way to identify the correct Todoist task/event that should be updated. If several task/events have the same name, there doesn’t appear to be a way to differentiate between them because the only way to search is by name.Is this just a limitation that prevents Zapier from being the solution I need or am I missing something?
How to add subscribers to specific audience/tag in Mailchimp when a specific product is purchased in Stripe?
Hi everyone, I try to set up a trigger that when someone's purchases a specific product, they will be added to a specific audience on Mailchimp and will be tagged. Payment software is Stripe. I get stuck at the Mailchimp part, since they require an email that is already in the audience, but I need to actually get the trigger to add someone. Does anyone have experience with it? Thank you!

However each time zap runs it does not really transfer all the data I require. There is no visible pattern of why Zapier cuts it.Does anyone have any experience in making Notion + amo zaps?
I would like to trigger a drip campaign in constant contact if there is no reply to an email for three days. We send quotes to potential clients that fill out a form on our website. We would like to start a drip campaign if the potential client does not respond to this email after 3 days. The emails are sent from outlook. We have a zap that creates a contact in outlook once a form is filled out in gravity forms. Also when someone fills out a form in gravity forms it creates a contact in constant contact. When this contact does not respond to the quote we would like to start a drip campaign in constant contact the educates the client about our services. Is this possible with Zapier?

I have a trigger set up that when I create a folder in BOX, it also creates it in Frame.io with the same name. How can I add a new trigger that when a file is added to that BOX folder, it also syncs inside Frame.io? Is this a function that I can only get with a paid plan? Thanks in advance!
Hi all, I’m testing Zapier to connect GoCanvas (form builder app) and Excel online. The goal is each time a submission is received it will create a new Excel file based on a pre-formatted template with unique file name. So far I’ve successfully achieved creating a new Excel file and unique name, but I can’t figure out how to get any sort of auto formatting or template happening. The template would have a job summary section at the top where it details client name, address etc which would populate from certain fields and then a table below where inventory items are listed, populating from other fields. Is this something I can do with Zapier, or should I be looking to something like Power Automate in 365 to perform the formatting step? Thanks in advance for reading!
I ahave been workin on this for a while, The idea is to export the order (.xls) from woocommerce to google sheet daily.I want to export this daily. Meaning, there will be new tabs created everyday for daily export sheet.Example: on 15th August, zapier will automatically export the excell order sheet from woocommerce and import it to google sheets under a single tab. On the 16th August, the same process will happen but i want zapier to import the order sheet onto a new tab. Therefore, by the end of the month, i will have 1 tab for each day (1 tab for 1 order sheet daily)I have figured out a way to go around this. 1. At 12:05 am, zapier will export the order sheets (from woocommerce) into google spreadsheet(secondary).2. Then, zapier will copy the whole spreadsheet onto the another google spreadsheet(main). this google spreadsheet(main) is created so that zapier can create new tabs daily in that spreadsheet.3. I’m setting up a lead capture form for an upcoming trade show. I’d like it to take information submitted through the form, create a contact (using Google Contacts, Contacts+, doesn’t matter), and then use ClickSend SMS to send a link to that contact to its “owner” (the person they met with at the show). So far, everything has gone smoothly, but I’m running into issues with getting a shareable URL for the contact to be sent via ClickSend SMS. Anybody know how to do this with Google Contacts, Contacts+, or a similar app? Here’s what I have so far:Ninja Forms - New Form Submission (Trigger) Create Contact in Google Contacts (Action) Find Contact in Google Contacts (Action) Hoping to get a shareable URL from this step, but that doesn’t appear to be working. Hi I was wondering if it was possible when using “get many spread sheets” to be able to include your header data i.e. date, account, email etc. when testing I only seem to be able to get the data with no headers so to anyone reading it wouldn’t make much sense. if you view the attachment it will make more sense. Is there any way of being able to include the headers alongside the data? or do i need to be using an additional tool like formatter? Thanks
Zoho inventory does not have any way of using the same inventory pool to create virtual bundles within its system. On Shopify we sell a bundle that we want to fulfill from the same component inventory pool without having to allocate separate inventory to it. Here’s an example:Shopify has 5 computer items for sale:1) Monitor2) Tower3) Keyboard4) Mouse5) Complete Computer Bundle (includes 1x Monitor, 1x Tower, 1x Keyboard, 1x Mouse)If I have 100 of each item 1-4 in my warehouse, the stock count for #5 is automatically 100. If someone buys 10 Monitors, I now have 90 Monitors left and also only 90 Complete Computer Bundles left since I can’t compile more than that due to monitor limitations. As of right now, Zoho Inventory requires me to set the inventory for 1-4 to 90 and #5 to 10 so each item has it’s own allocated inventory. If I sell 5 of those 10 bundles, I’ll have 5 bundles left and still 90 of each of the other items. That’s a complete backwards approach, I don’t care if someone buy

For the 17hats trigger event ‘Updated Contact’, what does it mean “triggers when an already existing contact is updated”? Does it literally mean that ANY change to the Contact record will trigger the event, such as Archiving the Contact record, or changing the Lead Type from Hot Lead to Cold Lead, or adding an email address?
I have been having this issue for months where I am unable to connect my Excel or Google Sheets account to communicate with my KW Command CRM. I have tried disconnecting my KW Command account on Zapier and have played with the entries. At times, there error is in the ‘Team’ entry box but now it is not giving me a reason for the error message. I am unsure what to do at this point as Zapier does not show me what the error message is. Any time I try to send a test it brings up the error and when I try to turn on Zap, Google Sheets/Excel don't connect to KW Command. Please help. Photo attached for reference.
