How can I send an e-mail with a .vcf file in the attachments when a contact is added in Google/Outlook?
Hey!I automated my lead pipeline from my website to a Google sheets table. So once a new person fills out the data and submits, Zapier creates a new row with the data in my Google sheets table. The next step would be once a new row is added, it should create a new contact in example Google contact/ Outlook contacts or best option directly in my iPhone (so far I didn’t find a solution for this directly).My plan was when the new contact is added, Zapier gets triggered and an e-mail with a .vcf in the attachments (where the contact is stored) will be send out.I didn’t find a way yet to send such file per mail. Is there another solution to send contact data as a file so I’m only one click away from saving it in my iPhone or do I need to copy it manually in the iPhone contact form? Here is the situation: I need automation for custom furniture made from cheap wood.There are 3 steps in the production of the furniture.1- Cutting the boards.2- Applying ABS edge.3- Making the CNC holes.4- Finish/Pickup.We made a Trello account and we have those 4 lists.Every emploiee will drag and drop the card to the next list (with every customer) when he will finish his step.I have tried (and failed) to create an automation that will send the customer an SMS message every time his boards are going into another process until finished.I have connected Trello with Zapier and after that, I connected Zapier with Twilio. Later after testing a lot, I realized that I need to tell Zapier/Twilio that the information for the phone number is from the cards that are added to the lists.Question:Is there a way to target the phone numbers from each card we add in order to SMS our customers the situation with their projects?Thank You!
Hello! I am running into this issue and hope someone can help me out. I use a Jotform for new hires to ask a few simple questions, no personal information is requested- the questions are basically asking if they are happy with the job, do they feel valued at work, etc. I set up a Zap to trigger and transfer that data into AirTable, however somewhere along the way it’s not working properly. The data being entered in Jotform is pulling up blank on Zapier, therefor making it load blank on AirTable as well. I’ve tried a few different things but nothing seems to work. Any idea what I’m possibly doing wrong? I am pretty savvy on Zapier so everything is plugged in properly. Any advice is greatly appreciated!
I’ve never used the schedule trigger before, but it seems pretty straight forward. My use case is to run at midnight on the first of every month. The next step is the tricky part: is it possible to build a zap that runs for every row in a Google Sheet? I was thinking it’d be possible to do as X Zap runs of row-based actions, but now I’m not sure. How would I loop it to run again for the next row?
I want Facebook Lead Ads data to be connected to a spreadsheet (easy to set up), however, I want that data to connect with already prefilled in columns in that spreadsheet.Columns A, B and C are being collected out of the Facebook Lead Ads data. But Column D is already in place with coupon codes. Normally, Zapier will put the Lead Ads data in the first empty row available (meaning: the first row were Column D is empty). However, I want Zapier to put the Lead Ads data in the first rows that are empty for Column A. This way, the Lead Ads data will be put in the same row as a discount coupon in Column D.So, again: I know I should use the Lookup function in Zapier but I don't know how to set it up the right way. I’m running a transfer of bounced email addresses so that it updates the Maximizer records as being a contact that doesn’t want to receive our marketing communications. Is there a way of getting the transfer to remove the email address from the record at the same time? I can get it to overwrite the record with the word ‘removed’, but ideally I’d like to remove the email address completely. Thanks
Hello, Trying to set up an e-mail automation after a form block on a blog gets filled out. The blog is enabled and published, and works when I enter the URL to visit the page, and the form works, sending me an e-mail notification and populating a google spreadsheet. The form is not available in zapier however, as an option for the automation trigger. Ultimately we would like to create a speedy form for website visitors to quickly send an e-mail using a template to an elected official’s e-mail. Would love any advice on getting this done. Thank you!
There is already a flow that does something like this … BUT it posts the link immediately when it is uploaded instead of when it goes live. I upload videos hours/days in advance, so I don’t want the link to post to Discord until it actually goes live. Is there a workaround in the current flow/zap or is there one already available that I just haven’t found yet?
Can I perform any cPanel operations with Zapier?For example, I’d love to be able to automate these steps:Create a new subdomain. Create a new database. Create a new user. Add the user created in Step 3 with all privileges to the database created in Step 2. FTP a couple of files from a Dropbox folder to the subdomain folder created in Step 1. Can Zapier help with this?
Hello, So I am trying to integrate ZenDesk and Azure DevOps. What we’d like to do is the following:New ticket comes into ZenDesk This triggers a Create New Work Item Action in the zap. and this works fine It creates a new work item and that works all dandy. Now there is a parent work item that I want this newly created work item to be a child of. I added a step after the Create New Work Item Action in my zap, to Add a link to an existing work item ( the intent is to make the newly created work item a child link to that already existing one) the issue I am facing is that It is being created as a hyperlink not as a child link. See the photo below for more detail: To better explain the photo: My work item is being created as the highlighted hyper link, where I would like it to be created as a child link, such as the ones directly above it under the “Child” section.
