Hello, I’m looking to see if anyone in this community has used Zapier to connect Dynamics CRM and Sharpspring marketing automation platform. I’m looking for help putting together my Zaps to bring data between the platforms and would love to connect with individuals who have experience doing this. I’m looking to: Send new leads from Sharpspring into Dynamics Update leads in Sharpspring as sales members contact them and update them in Dynamics Send new opportunities from Dynamics into Sharpspring Update opportunities in Sharpspring as they progress through Dynamics Please let me know, thanks!
Hello,I would like to create a Zap where a prospect is sent to Livespace and tagged only when he or she replies to the second message in a Woodpecker or Meetalfred campaign. Is it possible to somehow set the zap depending on the number of message/ follow-up?
I’m setting up a lead capture form for an upcoming trade show. I’d like it to take information submitted through the form, create a contact (using Google Contacts, Contacts+, doesn’t matter), and then use ClickSend SMS to send a link to that contact to its “owner” (the person they met with at the show). So far, everything has gone smoothly, but I’m running into issues with getting a shareable URL for the contact to be sent via ClickSend SMS. Anybody know how to do this with Google Contacts, Contacts+, or a similar app? Here’s what I have so far:Ninja Forms - New Form Submission (Trigger) Create Contact in Google Contacts (Action) Find Contact in Google Contacts (Action) Hoping to get a shareable URL from this step, but that doesn’t appear to be working. Send SMS in ClickSend SMS (Action) Should be sending that URL from the previous step to the employee, but I can’t get a URL to send.
Hi I was wondering if it was possible when using “get many spread sheets” to be able to include your header data i.e. date, account, email etc. when testing I only seem to be able to get the data with no headers so to anyone reading it wouldn’t make much sense. if you view the attachment it will make more sense. Is there any way of being able to include the headers alongside the data? or do i need to be using an additional tool like formatter? Thanks
Zoho inventory does not have any way of using the same inventory pool to create virtual bundles within its system. On Shopify we sell a bundle that we want to fulfill from the same component inventory pool without having to allocate separate inventory to it. Here’s an example:Shopify has 5 computer items for sale:1) Monitor2) Tower3) Keyboard4) Mouse5) Complete Computer Bundle (includes 1x Monitor, 1x Tower, 1x Keyboard, 1x Mouse)If I have 100 of each item 1-4 in my warehouse, the stock count for #5 is automatically 100. If someone buys 10 Monitors, I now have 90 Monitors left and also only 90 Complete Computer Bundles left since I can’t compile more than that due to monitor limitations. As of right now, Zoho Inventory requires me to set the inventory for 1-4 to 90 and #5 to 10 so each item has it’s own allocated inventory. If I sell 5 of those 10 bundles, I’ll have 5 bundles left and still 90 of each of the other items. That’s a complete backwards approach, I don’t care if someone buy

For the 17hats trigger event ‘Updated Contact’, what does it mean “triggers when an already existing contact is updated”? Does it literally mean that ANY change to the Contact record will trigger the event, such as Archiving the Contact record, or changing the Lead Type from Hot Lead to Cold Lead, or adding an email address?
I have been having this issue for months where I am unable to connect my Excel or Google Sheets account to communicate with my KW Command CRM. I have tried disconnecting my KW Command account on Zapier and have played with the entries. At times, there error is in the ‘Team’ entry box but now it is not giving me a reason for the error message. I am unsure what to do at this point as Zapier does not show me what the error message is. Any time I try to send a test it brings up the error and when I try to turn on Zap, Google Sheets/Excel don't connect to KW Command. Please help. Photo attached for reference.

I have an automation to create and send a document based on information input from an AirTable form. There will sometimes be a second person to CC and sometimes there will not be, however currently under the Outlook Send Email function if the seciond CC isnt there - the zap stops working. Is there a way to tell the zap to continue if the second person isn’t required as a second CC:
Hi there, I’ve got a Zap that takes TypeForm entries and sends them into Zapier using the New ticket action. I’m setting the status of tickets to be ‘New’, but for some reason they’re being added as ‘Open’. Wondering if this is something to do with either the ‘first comment public’ field being set to true, or the fact we’re specifying tags on this ticket and on Zendesk’s side that happens after the ticket creation, meaning it’s then ‘Open’? Has anyone got any experience with this and ways around it so that new tickets with tags are in fact ‘New’?

Hey all, I run a CRM roster through Google calendar. Basically, all I want. When a lead comes in it allocates the lead to the sales person based on the time the lead came in, looking up a Google calendar event, which then displays the sales persons name. I've got this working where sales people are allocated for a whole day, but now we're running split shifts and my zap isn't working. 1. A webhook triggers the zap.2. I run a date/time format zap to give the current time (meta human now).3. I try to find the event currently underway based on the date time.Bargle: cannot find event. I believe it has something to do with the search in the google calendar where I input start time as the output from step 2. Any advice would be amazing!Thanks,Danny
Ok so I run a woo commerce store that sells digital game assets, these assets need updating from time to time and I would like to have an embed post to discord each time this happens.I have all of this set up and working, the problem is I only want to trigger on a product file change so for example I update from V1.02 to V1.03. At the moment its posting embeds any time I press the update button, which could be anything from a price change to updating images.
I am working with clients in different states and need to assign a time zone to calendar invites they create. I have followed the Zapier instructions in regards to putting the time zone in the feild after the time however it will not working: Anyone know the best way to assign time zones to calendar invites?

Currently this requires a Zap per repo. If anything changes in this Zap, it is very arduous to manually update the Zaps for all repos via the Zapier editor.It’s possible to export Zaps to JSON, but it doesn’t look practical to edit and import this JSON in order to batch update Zaps.Does anyone else have this need?

Hi! I totally love your item! Tragically I don't have the foggiest idea how to code HTML however am gradually learning. I have perused the Embedding pictures in the body of an email in Gmail string yet was as yet not ready to do it. I'm attempting to install a picture in my email from my google drive. I have been generally ineffective. The furthest I have gotten is either a connection to divert to the picture or I get a clear square where the picture ought to be. I have changed the body to be HTML. I thought this code looked right.
