Trying to set up a task to tie Dialpad to Freshservice
Hello! I just starting using Zapier, so very much a beginner. I was trying to tie Dialpad to Freshservice so that when a text message was received to a department it would create a ticket in Freshservice. I connected dialpad and Freshservice and got to the point of testing it. (I had just filled out the Fresh service ticket item fields). When I click test I get an error message that says : Cannot read property 'field_type' of undefined Which I am not sure what it is referring to or where to look to try and resolve it. Are you able to point me in the right direction please? Thanks,Mike

Sending Tracking Number from Shippo to WooCommerce
We use Shippo (GoShippo.com) to process our UPS orders. It imports all orders from WooCommerce, we pick the ones we want to process using UPS, print a shipping label and we’re given a tracking number. Currently, we have to copy/paste the tracking number back in WooCommerce. When we have tons of orders, that is very time consuming.Now Shippo does send back an Order Note (“Order was shipped with UPS and tracking number is: 1Z00000000”) but it doesn’t attach it to the Order details to the customer can see it on their My Account page.So in conclusion, I want:WHEN shipping label / tracking number is created in ShippoTHEN send back Tracking Number and attach to order details in WooCommerce.Is this even possible? If so, how?Thanks

Create new account in CRM but how to get account number in return to QuickBooks
I have set up a Zap that whenever a new customer is created in QuickBooks it looks for that cusomter in the CRM and if it does not exist then it creates one. However I need the account number that the CRM assigns to be sent back to Quickbooks/QBO. I know that Zapier is not bi-directional but what could I use as a trigger to push the account number from the CRM into Quickbooks? BTW- not all accounts in the CRM will be in Quickbooks, only the ones that have purchased something. Along the same lines but a different question (and maybe the same solution) if there is an account in both the CRM and Quickbooks/but the CRM Account number is not filled in within Quickbooks (custom field) that Zapier can check that and push the account number? Maybe use time of day as a trigger to check. Thank you for your help.

Hello!I’m hoping for assistance with a Google Sheet push to/from Slack Zap. I have one currently that is basically if a cell/row is updated in one sheet, push some of that information to a specific slack channel. It’s working fine but now I’m looking for another variation of this. For context, here is what I’m going for: I have a google sheet that my company uses to check rehire eligibility. My google sheet is very simple, in the main tab I have a column for A ) Requestor, B ) Candidate name, C ) HR approval (drop down/data validation), D ) HR Notes. A recruiter will add their name as requestor in A, then type the candidate name in B. From there my current zap pushes that candidates name to a slack channel to let the HR team know to check the sheet for that name. Once they check their system/notes for eligibility, they make a selection in Column C which is set up for a list data validation (Yes/No/Other). From here I need a zap to let the requestor know that there is an update on the s

Seeking Assistance writing Zap to auto update Excel (365) sheet from any changes in Google Sheets sheet.
I have field technicians updating a Google Sheets sheet. I need that data to automatically flow into a sheet in Excel (365 Onedrive). I have tried setting up the zap for New or Updated row in GS trigger to Add or update row in Excel, but got a bit lost in the setup process.Essentially both sheets are tables. The Google Sheet table gets edited daily from the field, and I need those changes to flow into Excel dependably. Seeking somebody to just assist and maybe just set this up for me. How to access nested item in Zap trigger data?
Hi there,I’m new to Zapier and I’m a bit confused how to access nested data items in my zap trigger data.I have attached a screenshot of the data that my trigger app provides. My goal is to access the field run_steps → 2 → data_values → 1 → value (containing “Alles super!” in my example). As I can’t be sure that the required value is always in run_steps → 2, icing on the cake would be to find the run_steps item where title = “Kundenfeedback” and then access data_values → 1 → value of that item.When I check the data that is provided in the following steps, I only find a field called Run Steps Data Values Value containing ‘null, [“Alles super!”], null, [null], null, null, [null] …’Is there a safe way to access the desired field, e.g. like run_steps[title=Kundenfeedback] → data_values → value?Thanks in advance,Alex

Hi there, I’m a total IT Novice so please bear with me. We use an ERP system called Hansaworld Standard ERP. Apparently it has Rest API’s and XML. Is it possible to connect Zapier to this so that we can integrate apps such as Quotient and Pipedrive or is it better to try to integrate them directly using the Rest API’s?

Hello !I am a beginner at Zapier.I thought I’d manage to create my first zap easily, but it seems not.. here is my issue : i have created a contract template on esignature.io. in this template, i used place holders, so that i can reuse this template for different clients.Once i closed a client, i want to create a new task in clickup, with the culumns being the differents place holders that need to be filled in the contract.Once the task is created (the trigger), i want zapier to create a contract based on template and fill the place holders with the data in the task on clickup.I have found a place in my Zap asking me about place holders, but i cannot assign one column to one specific place holder...
Google Suite: will changing primary domain break integrations?
Hello all,I’m working on behalf of a client who have some Zaps set up which are integrating with things like Google Drive and Google Spreadsheets, Asana etc. They are currently in the process of moving to a new domain. My question is if the primary domain is changed in their Google Workspace is changed (and therefore their email domain) but aliases are created of their old accounts, will the integrations be broken?Thanks,Zach

Google Analytics measurement missing fields
Hello everyone!I’m using Google analytics measurement to create custome events.The problem is that when I look at the event in Google Analytics I have the field "Page" = (not set) and the field "Full Referrer" = (direct) and they are both wrong.Now I have two questions:To provide the field "Full Referrer" I suppose I have to set a value for the parameter "Document Referrer" in the Measurement. Right? (see attached image) I tried that, but I still see “direct” ad a Referrer. To provide the field "Page" I suppose I have to set a value for the parameter "Document location URL" in the Measurement (see official documentation). The problem is that in the list of parameters that Zapier shows me for a Measurement I don't see "Document location URL". How can I fix that?Thanks in advance
