When there are multiple order items on a single Amazon order, the Seller central Zap separates unique values by comma rather than separating by row. I’m looking for the best way of pulling this data in to our system. Are there any of the zap tools or other data manipulation tools I could use through zapier to grab each part of the data and send it over as a new row, or any ideas about handling this scenario? Hi, I’m trying to set up a recurring payment for my customers using Typeform/Stripe/Zapier. At the moment, the customers fill out a survey in Typeform, which allows them to select their plan, and any add ons. This brings them to a ‘total’ page at the end which i originally had set up using the built in stripe payment integration, however i found out you can’t set it up as a recurring payment. My question is, is there: 1 - A way that the customer can input all their payment information into the integrated Stripe payments app, and when they hit continue, I can take them to an external Stripe checkout payment page, which will carry over their selections (and prices) from the Typeform survey? 2 - I get rid of the Stripe payments page, and make all their selections ‘total’ on the final text based page, and then carry over that information to an external Stripe checkout page, which automatically fills in that information. Hello, so this is what the objective of my zap.Routing from GoHighLevel.Zap 1 : If a customer is a warm lead from gohigherlevel. It is zapped to my zapier, sending data to my Monday.com board, creating an item. And including basic customer information.Zap 2 Goal : When a customer sends their email on GoHigherLevel. I want it to zap back to monday.com again, find the customer information, and send it to the same item to fill out only the email column. I don’t know if I should connect the zaps, or the best way to structure and complete it. I really need help here. Thanks! They are both connected via webhook from gohigherlevel.

I currently have a trigger on Zapier to take action when a Stripe payment fails. I have monthly memberships and my goal is to take action when the monthly payment of my current members does not go through.The issue is that this action is also triggered when someone wants to join for the first time and their payment doesn’t go through. How can I distinguish between a recurring payment that fails vs a new payment that does not go through?My guess is to distinguish between “description: Subscription update” and “description: Subscription creation” but I’m not certain.Thanks in advance
I NEED TO SET UP ZAP FOR SUPER BASIC SELLING PROCESS MONITORING: I drive traffic to a landing page that generates potential customers for a car rental. 1st part: all leads are filled in into a google sheet. Car rental calls the leads and a, close them b, lose them = no deal. Car rental must fill in and update all info incl DEAL column yes/no, PAYMENT column - how much etc. 2nd part: car rental may forget to fill in all new info and therefore I MUST HAVE A ZAP that creates every 3 days a Reminder e-mail with a list of names of LEADS that have not all info updated. Therefore I need ZAP that checks on multile columns such as DEAL, PAYMENT etc and if there are missing values, I need them linked with correct LEAD NAMES and create a list that goes as an GMAIL to a CAR RENTAL. 3rd part: I want to send Reminder e-mail with missing google reviews, too. 4th part: I want ZAP that every Sunday night or Monday morning sends me updated column HOW MUCH MONEY WERE MAKING (fx: SUM PAYMENT) THANK YOU gu
How do I create a Pinterest Pin with proper URL and body text when a new Shopify blog post is published?
I’m trying to use the Zap that automatically creates a Pin on Pinterest from a new blog post in Shopify. It seems simple enough, but there are two things I can’t figure out: Link (the destination url of this Pin): How do I get this url? There’s no data for this that’s pulled from the trigger in Zapier. Description: For this one I assumed I’d use the “Body HTML” data point, but it’s actually coming up as HTML in the Pin, which is not what I want people to see. How can I get the body text itself, not the HTML?Thanks for any help anyone can offer. It seems like this Zap should work better than it does, but maybe I’m just missing some basic things!
I created a flow to send a reply message to a Slack channel. As you can see in the screenshot, the bot’s name appears as “Zapeir” in the channel outside the thread. Inside the thread, it will appear as my custom name set up in the flow. Anyone knows how to make the outside appears as if answered by “Kiwi FAQ”? Thank you!
How do I ensure scheduled Zap runs still execute after turning off an old version with a Delay step?
If I stop a zap, will it cancel all of the waiting/delayed steps in zap runs?I am making a new version of one of my zaps to get around the 30 day limit on waiting. The new version is set up to use Google Calendar to trigger events farther in the future. BUT, I want to make sure that when I turn off the old version (that uses the standard Delay step), all of the waiting zaps that were created with that version still execute.
UPDATE: I solved this. =====Hi,I want to update a merge field in MailChimp using data from a Google Sheet.When I choose "Add/Update Subscriber," I don't want to overwrite the First Name and Last Name of the Subscriber. However, since these fields are mandatory, I'm having trouble figuring out a workaround for this.Thanks!
Is it possible to receive data back from an AWS Lambda? If so, how? I’ve created a Lambda that returns an object, but I cannot figure out how to format things so Zapier will show the “results” form my function call. At the moment, my zaps that run show no “output” or results from the lambda calls. It makes me suspect it’s not a supported feature.

I’ve got a Task List on Notion with basic Information (Task name, Description, Importance, Due Date, Status, time consumption).I want to create an event on my Google Calender based on those tasks, the task name should equal the Event name and the description the event description.Zapier should somehow check the importance (not important / important / very important) and the due date of the task and choose which one has to be done first.Based on this information Zapier should create events in Google Calendar, as long as there no other events schedueled for this time. Hi Everyone, Okay here we go… Current Zap Process in Place: Calendly event is scheduled. This event information goes to Airtable, which shoots the information over to Squadcast and tells Squadcast to create a recording link.This recording link is then updated in the appropriate Airtable field.Need: Send that Squadcast link from Airtable to Calendly to update the event location of that meeting.Is this possible with webhooks? It looks like theres nothing pre-made to accomplish any tasks back to Calendly. Or is this not possible? :D All suggestions welcome!

I have a Zap running to handle quotation request. User leaves email address and receives a specific quotation by mail. Is it possible to limit users to do only one quotation request per day?I figure there would need to be a filter that checks the date stamp and email address and compares this to the past 24 hours?Is this the right track and is such a thing possible?
