I am creating a ticket in Hubspot from a Jotform form submission. Although I identify the customer via the VID identifier in Hubspot, the ticket is created without associating the ticket with my customer. How do I create the ticket with a customer association so I can see in Hubspot who the customer is that initiated the ticket?
