Has anyone else struggled with Zapier and clickfunnels? I’ve sent up two different Zaps for two different funnels and one of the Zaps has been extracted data from the other funnel even though it hadn’t be set up to that funnel. Almost like Zapier had mixed up the two Zaps? Embarassing as customers have been sent emails from Companies they didn’t sign up with
I am having a problem getting the Monday.com boards to populate. I have connected Acuity scheduling to Moday.com and used my API key. But only one column is populating when a new item is created from the trigger. I have paired the Monday column values with the Acuity information I want to populate. Any suggestions on how I might fix this issue?Set up action for Monday.com new item

I would like to be able to send a message from Teams to Things 3 as a task. Ideally, the trigger would be saving the message, but that trigger is not available in the workflow build. I realize I can use the Outlook integration to then email to Things, but it’s cumbersome. Anyone have any other ideas?

How to set up a payment page that handles different product skus, multiple users and collects specific tax information with Zapier and other apps?
I have tried to implement this with Teachable for one European country but it fails miserably and i need to redesign the course payment page and options for a B2B particularly small companies way. I am looking for a combination of apps and zaps that could give me this specific outcome. OUTCOME: A small company wants to buy one or multiple courses for their affiliates on my teachable school/and or my CLICK FUNNEL. The school needs to have all this perks : it needs to receive a receipts with the school VAT number, name and address for the total amount paid and for each or the courses bought. ---→ this is currently not easy or not possible in Teachable Europe as the combine together the buyer and the course attendee into one single persona. The company needs to enroll one or more affiliates to the course but they do not want to have the billing information and billing persona the same as the actual enrolled students. The students will receive professional credits, to that extend
Currently the Teachable Zapier integration allow you to add on user to a specific teachable course.However in Teachable you can set a subscription time eg. 3 months, 6 months , one year etc… this option is currently not available in the Teachable Zap. What to do? Any plan to change that?I have looked at the payload of the API and it returns the fields with he user enrollment time duration. Happy to know

Hi AllI’m creating a ZAP to trigger when a new email hits an account. The filter is to continue if the attachment count is more than zero. The action is to save the attachments to google drive.Currently the ZAP is uploading all 3 attachments from the email as a ZIP file. I can also adjust the action and it will upload 1 of the 3 attachments, but not all. I want all attachments uploaded separately to Google Drive.Can anyone tell me how to do this please?
I’m currently using Halp at the moment to manage support tickets. Once tickets are created, they’re sent to a private channel with some info about their inquiry with several fields in a form they must answer. The bot then creates a thread under the message sent into the channel that I respond to. Unfortunately, the request info in the form the user submits is not accessible to the submitter after submission. I as an agent however, can see it just fine. I’m extracting an attachment from an email that is in xlsx format, and need a way to copy the data from the attachment into a Google Sheet. The new gmail with attachment is the trigger. Step 2 is to upload the file to Google Drive.Step 3 is to copy the file, using the “convert to document” option, which turns it into a Google Sheet.In Step 4, I am trying to “Lookup Spreadsheet Row in Google Sheets”, for the spreadsheet just created in step 3.I can use a custom value to select the spreadsheet (by pointing to the ID from step 3), but can only select the worksheet for that particular spreadsheet - as subsequent spreadsheets are created by the zap, it errors at step four because it’s not pointing to the correct worksheet. Is there any workaround for this?

Hi allI have a Google Sheet set up as a weekly scorecard. I have rows with metrics and a column for each week. Each week I want to update each metric (row) in the current week column. I can see the ability to lookup the row, but it appears the only option is to enter a fixed reference for the column. This doesn’t work as I need it to update to a new column each week. Does anybody have any suggestions or workaround to get this to work?!Many thanksAdam

HelloI am trying to figure out how can I set up slack so I always get:1 all DMs to me 2 DMs in Multi DM channel 3 anytime I am mentioned in any public or private channel. I think #3 is pretty straight forward with the zapier. How ever I don’t see an option for #1 at all and for #2 - how would I achieve that if let’s say a new multi DM popped up that I didn’t add to the list already? My use case is - I personally don’t use slack, but a lot of my clients do. They send me messages in slack in variety of ways - but it’s basically like tasks for me to do. I want them pushed to my Asana or at least get an email because between me and my team these slacks get missed. I know I can do “Push to Zapier” but that would still involve me going there and manually clicking push every time - kinda defeats the purpose. I know if we sign out of all workspaces - then Slack will send a summary email like every 15 minutes, but I think I wanted something where I am still signed in to respond to clients -

I would like for Zapier to create a Digest of every record in that View and email them to the person assigned to those tasks. Right now, as my trigger, I’ve set up Zapier to pull from Airtable, New Record In View, and I’ve pointed it to the specific Upcoming Tasks View. I'm trying to connect my Facebook forms with Zoho CRM, but I've a few problems: 1. Unable to create lead Zapier registers all the leads that we get through Facebook. Nonetheless, it doesn't send them correctly to the CRM because it says that tere is duplicate data (I think it might mean that we already have this lead). However, we don't mind if we already had this lead as long as it's registered to our CRM. How can we solve it? 2. Action Event When I choose which event we want to register to Zoho, I can't find the option ''create a lead'' (even if I try to write it into the searcher). I have a google form questionnaire for rental pre-qualification. When a potential tenant submits the form, I would like Zapier to to automatically send them a text with information to call me, as well as send a text to myself with their information to contact them. Can Zapier do this? If so, how do I set it up?
Since a week I am facing extreme delays in my zaps triggering. The triggers are mostly on Google Sheet “Row updated” triggers where if a particular column value is changed then the zap should be triggered.So ideally these zaps should be and always have triggered instantly or max. with 5min of the change. But since a week these zaps have been triggering almost 30-60min after the change.I have raised support tickets for it but I am unable to understand the reason for delay. Is anybody else experiencing the same issue? Need help to resolve this as it is impacting business
