I need help/ideas figuring out how could I setup a zapier or workflow to delivery a License key after a purchase.

 

The payment will be done by patreon.

The keys need to be delivered by email, or via patreon private chat.

Probably the process is like this.

Try these Zap steps:

  1. Trigger: TBD which Patreon Zap trigger would be used: https://zapier.com/apps/patreon/integrations
  2. Action: GSheet - Lookup Row (find unused)
  3. Action: GSheet - Update Row (mark as used)
  4. Action: Gmail - Send Email

NOTE: You’ll need a Status column in the GSheet to check against and updated (e.g. Used = True/False)
