Hi all, I'm getting the msg "The app did not respond in-time. It may or may not have completed successfully." when zapier is trying to connect to a media url in my googlesheets in order to populate a hootsuite post.The media is only a 5kb picture inserted in the sheets for testing purposes but it keeps timing out. Also, setting the data in the column as a URL doesnt work.I tried to add the file to a hootsuite post and there were no issues on that side.Can anyone help pls. Ta. J
Hello everyone,I am experiencing some problems with the import of Facebook Lead into a Mailchimp list.The zap and the flow are set up correctly but for some reason, the only field that is imported is the email and date of birth of the subscriber.We need to import also their name and surname.The fact is that if I want Name and Surname I have to go to Zapier and make some manual operation on the last lead received, and only after that I get also Name and Surname of that last one.How is that possibile? It isn’t supposed to be an automation? What is the point for me of doing manual actions to get all the fields I need in may Mailchimp list? Please help :(
Hi,I’ve a spreadsheet with formula “=importrange(..)”.Understood that when using =importrange, this kind of query and/or import formula only makes the update at the moment that the sheet is opened. This is a known behavior of the Google Sheets API, as discussed here: https://stackoverflow.com/questions/49268415/how-frequently-does-importrange-refresh — so the delay you're seeing in triggering is corresponding to the times that user opened the sheet.Seems the Zap trigger is not consistent. Some trigger 30 mins later, some doesn’t trigger until user open the spreadsheet. To wait for user open the spreadsheet is a bit doesn’t make sense. Cos the form is public submission and we don’t know when they submit the form.My flow:Public submit via Google Forms Spreadsheet A: Acknowledgement email to respondent via Zap (Trigger any column) Spreadsheet B: Use =importrange from Spreadsheet A to this spreadsheet B and another email send to respondent via Zap (Trigger ColA=Timestamp)Anyone have a
Hi ! I have an issue mapping data between Gravity Form and Zoho CRM. When I have a new form submission on Gravity Form, I want to create a new ACCOUNT and a new CONTACT. No issue to create a new ACCOUNT, but when I want to use the ACCOUNT name on the new CONTACT, using the account fied from my form I have this error: Unable to create entry in module: Contacts. Error : Invalid data for the field id. Detail : expected_data_type bigint, parent_api_name Account_Name It seems that Zapier cannot retrieve the ACCOUNT name for the new CONTACT - by default, I can choose the ACCOUNT name from the list of ACCOUNT already in the CRM, but not the custom value created from the new ACCOUNT. Any solutions ? Thank you !
If I were to archive lots of inactive cards on Trello to make space, would my zaps still effectively action on them?For example if I have zapier setup to label the trello cards accordingly to who subscribes / unsubscribes via website - would the archived cards still get zapped?Thanks
I want to automatically have Zapier trigger a Zoom webinar registrant be added to Mailchimp, across multiple events. Currently, it appears the process is to select a specific Zoom event and have it add to Mailchimp, one event at a time. This is PAINFUL as I have multiple events per week, week in and week out, that I need to connect. IS there a better way?
hello. i have a really really big spreadsheet created by “numbers” and i’d like to fill this spreadsheet from some forms on my wordpress. for those who aren’t familiar, “numbers” is apple’s alterniitive to excel sheet and google spreadsheet. i couldn’t find anything regarding “numbers” on zapier. any heads up ?
I run an application that creates tasks based on the 4 time zones in the US. Right now I have it filtering if its in a specific state, but since I plan to expand to all 50 states, I want to merge these into checking for the 4 time zones instead. Keeps things more organized. Are there any applications or filters to check if a location is in a certain time zone and continue if so?
hello!Trying to push eventbrite attendee registration into Salesforce. We capture this in a custom “participant” object. A very simple object with only three look up fields which ultimately creates a list of attendees on a related Case/Service object which captures the event itself. 1 event, many participants. Participant record and related service record screen shot below. As you can see- the Service number is the field that ties these two objects together. Zap currently set up to Trigger- new attendee registers in eventbrite Action- find records in salesforce- Action successfully finds correct event record in salesforce related to attendee registration - no error. …but when I try to link a participant record to that event, I get an error…Action - create record in salesforce- I linked the service/case number field through step 2. It shows up with correct service number in the preview- populated from testing step 2. But then I get the error screen shot at the bottom when zap is t

Hello, Trying to connect Active campaign and Facebook Leads Ad. I have problem into the "set up action” part. hat email should i write into the subscriber field if it is not yet received? Tried everything already - nothing works. Nor from the dropdown menu not to write my email instead. Actually when i wrote my email it bagan sending automatic replies to me instead of to my new leads! Please help! Their support is taking forever to answer and where is no LIVE chat is just making impossible using the app especially for the first timeThanx in advance
Trying to setup a zap that pulls the First Name, Last Name, & Email from a Streak box in a pipeline and sends it to Invoice Ninja to automatically send invoice to contact. The Streak options doesn’t allow you to pull first name in contacts.Any suggestions?Thanks!
Hi,I’ve been using the “Create a row in Google Sheets from Slack messages with new reactions” and have been happy with it for a few months.The problem occurs when the slack message i am adding reaction is in a message in thread.This is what i would it expect how it would workwhen reaction is added to a parent message, parent message got saved. when reaction is added to a thread message, thread (child) message got saved. (1) is working as expected(2) i vaguely recall this works a few months ago but seems to fail on me now. but not 100%. If i try to do (2) It would save the parent message instead. I want to confirm if this is a bug or feature. Thanks for the help.

Currently I was able to create a Zap that syncs all user information fields except the Password.I created a custom Password Field in Keap. But there is no value from Wordpress in Zapier that collects the Wordpress Password. How may I retrieve the user’s password to store it in Keap?

I want to populate more data during these days but without deleting the last days data (an example, I have a sheet with data from 1 to 20 January. I have an account with Zapier and I have integrated quaderno check out page with enrollment in the Thinkific course. It worked well for few months, but now I launched the second course. And for the second course, participants who pay are not enrolled automatically in the course.Can you pls advise on how to integrate for enrollment when having multiple courses?
I am a very new user and needed a simple zap. I have a google document that adds a contact anytime an certain email is sent. This is a zap and works great. I also want another zap to add that row to my GOOGLE CONTACTS. I have this zap working great but cannot get the new contacts in a group...the gmail contact field “group membership” does not show up as an option in my zap fields. I tried adding a custom field but it does not work. How can I add the “group membership” gmail contact field as an option in my zap fields. Thanks for any help.
Hi, I’m a Zapier newbie working on my second Zap.Trigger = a particular keyword is mentioned in a Slack commentAction = copy the new comment from Slack & create a new record in an AirtableIt all works fine but only if the comment is posted in the #general channel in the Slack workspace (which seems to be the default channel for Zapier to look). I need the trigger to look in a different Slack channel, other than #general.I can’t work out how to that. Any help would be much appreciated! Thanks.
I need paid help (hopefully 2-4 hours or less on a workflow shown below.User visits a webform that allows PDF/JPG file uploads (tax docs) along with a checkbox set allowing user to state whether a condition existed in 2020 (bought a home etc). That data is sent to Zapier via a webhook. (Currently, only 20% of possible file upload options are being seen by Zapier during testing). The Zapier Zap needs to:Create a new Google Drive folder to accept the PDF(s) and then send the checkbox info (Checked or empty) to a Google Sheets database, along with basic user name/email data to match up.A link to each uploaded PDF would need to be placed in the appropriate field in the spreadsheet corresponding to the user data entered on that new line of data: A Google Sheets spreadsheet already has approx 30 columns of data that should all contain on one line:Name Email Phone - Bought a Home? I’ve created a zap with the following logic:Zapier is connected to a Gmail inbox (e.g. firstname.lastname@example.org). If a new email is sent to that inbox, Zapier will parse the emails details. Zapier will check in Salesforce using the sender’s email and look for an open Lead. If an open Lead is found, Zapier will update the status to “Open - Customer Waiting”.But oddly, this workflow also seems to trigger Salesforce’s lead assignment rules, which will then change the Lead owner back to the Salesforce queue “Sales Development”. This is obviously very disruptive.Has anyone experience this issue and know of a fix?
