Intercom trigger that includes conversation title field

Hi - I am trying to create a zap between Intercom and Breeze.  I am trying to trigger when a conversation is tagged and I would like to be able to use the Conversation Title to use as my task title in Breeze, but it is not an attribute that I can choose when setting up the action of creating the task.  Being that I also ran into the issues (already looks like it’s been reported multiple times) that I can’t filter on the tags in the conversation because they are not sent either, I was wondering if there is any other action that currently includes the conversation title.  Hoping maybe I can come up with some sort of work-around. Thanks!

Update existing row in Google Sheet

Hi everyone ! I am trying to do a zap with Google sheet. Indeed my Google sheet has 2 columns headers. The first one is already filled with Names and I would like to fill automatically (with a zap) the second columns with Names. It is important for me that the 2 datas are on the same rows so I cannot use the “add rows” and i have at least 50 names therefore I cannot use the “update a row” action too. Do you know what can I do to filled this second column to have my datas of my two columns on the same rows ? Thank you all for reading,

Find Trello Card action - card not found

Hey there,I want to create a 3-step Zap on our business account (not this one), with: event X → find Trello card → update Trello card with different name.Zapier can’t find the initial Trello card in question, although it uses the same name format I am using in another Zap, where it creates said card. I can’t pick a specific card from the list, Zapier first has to find it.I find a similar issue but it has no resolution. What am I missing?

Zoom Create Meeting action - extract meeting password field

Hi everyone. Right now, my flow is like this: User submits request to Google Form  Zap 1: Every time there is a new row in the google Form, Zap creates a New Zoom Meeting.  Zap 2: Every time New Zoom Meeting is created, email is sent to requester (pulling from linked Form in Zap 1) with the meeting link (pull-able) and ID (pull-able). The problem is, the automatically generated password is not pull-able from the list.  The email reads like this:Hi there! Thank you for requesting use of the  Zoom account. Your meeting details are as follows: Meeting Name: ABCDE Date & Time: 26/06/2021 16:00:00 Meeting URL: https://us02web.zoom.us/j/xxxxxx?pwd=27493897423894Meeting ID: 8xxxxxxx298 The issue I would like solved is to be able to pull the automatically generated password to be sent in the email. Or alternatively, just “Copy Meeting Invitation” with the full thing. Please help, thank you.

Add date to email attachement (Outlook & OneDrive)

Hello zap community, I’m an zapier beginner and I need some help. :)  I want that when an email with an invoice attached is sent to our invoice mailbox, this invoice is automatically uploaded to our OneDrive. Additionally, I want the file name to be date+filename. (Example: 20210621_filename) This is my Zap now: Trigger: New Email in Microsoft Outlook Action: Only continue if Email has an attachement Formatter Date/Time: Here I change the time format from  TO THIS ONE ??? → I quess in this stepp I have to add the date to the file name, but I don’t know how.  Action: Upload file in OneDrive I hope someone of you can help me.  Best regardsSophie

Sending Data from MYSQL to Zoho books

Hello, I want to integrate zoho books with my database which is in MySQL. I tried using zapier. First suggest me that i’m thinking in a right way or not. My approach is I created a function in my database which will create an item in my DB and I also added a trigger in zap for the same table and i configured an action for zoho books to create an item. When i’m inserting a new row into my table then the error ocurrs that SKU is not returned. I understand the zoho book items require a new SKU for each item. I’m stuck at how i’ll create a new SKU for each and every item whenever i’m inserting in my database. Please help THanks in advance

Does any use Zapier to push messages to 1st Connections that are now going from Octopus to LInkedin but to Salesforce and have them come into Salesforce as new Leads or Accounts and include the message as an activity?Before I get serious with my limited time, I need to understand it’s full abilities and possible limitations.    Thank you.

Hello everyone,I am very new to Zapier and I am wanting to know how it is possible to create a QR code that has info for product reordering on it that when scanned you can submit that info to a Smartsheet or Google Sheets for a remote purchasing team to access and order it.We have hundreds of products in our workshop stores that need a simple system to record low stock on a sheet on a daily basis.I would prefer to use Smartsheet if possible as that the company already uses it and everyone is familiar with it.Would appreciate any help.Thank you, Lawrie

How to update existing status of a contact in a Salesforce campaign?

I am attempting to update the ‘Status’ of a contact that already exists in a Campaign. My first zap adds the contact to the campaign and updates their Status as ‘Sent’. This zap would ONLY find them, then update their status as “Responded”.If I try to update a “Contact” object I am not given “Status” as a field to update.If I try to update a “Campaign Member” object I am given the option, but get an error of, “ Count not update the CampaignMember record with ID xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx: The requested resource does not exist” (xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx being the ContactID).If I try to update “Campaign”, obviously I am only given options to change things on the campaign itself.Am I completely missing something? Or is this a broken feature at the moment?  Thanks in advance for any insight!

I'm working on an inSided to Slack zap - is there any way to post in Slack for a new inSided Idea?

For the Trigger Event, there is a “New Topic” option. However, there are a few different Topic types in inSided. I don’t want to send a Slack post for every New Topic, but rather just when the Topics are Ideas. I don’t see “New Idea” in the Trigger Event dropdown, nor is there an option to add an addition field criteria for the trigger. Does anyone know how to create this, or if it’s possible?

Freshdesk ticket data into Pipedrive contact

Hello all, We are using Freshdesk for our ticketing system that is also linked with Pipedrive that is used as a CRM and I am trying to find a way of sending more information from I can currently pass into Pipedrive from a Freshdesk ticket.At the moment I can only create a contact with the Pipedrive plugin that is included into Freshdesk but I would like to explore the possibility of passing through more information regarding the client from what I currently do. Has anyone ever came across anything similar to this request as I have been told from Freshdesk that it may be able to be an external application.Thank you

Clicking Test & Continue on step causes infinite loading

In a complex Zap where’s we looking for data from Asana + filter + formatting then go to an emailing app (Mailjet), our steps are always loading without ending when we “Test & Continue”.But when I click on “Test & Review” it works and when I click on the next step while “Test & Continue” loading it works too.But the Zap, when trigger coms, always failed for no reasons because we have all the datas available. I have recreate the whole zap twice from beginning and I start to feel desesperate …Thanks so much I you can help !

Date from Gravity Forms incorrect when added to Salesforce

I have the integration from a gravity form to Salesforce through zap and having issues the way date values are captured.The dates as per zap logs show perfectly fine: however when the data is integrated to Salesforce it appears to backdate is by one day:  Both my zap profile and SF profile are in the same timezone (AEST). Any ideas here ?

Hello.We are currently using Zapier's "Professional Plan".Currently, Zapier is used in the minimum range.We are planning to use it company-wide, and we are considering raising the plan to "Team" or "Company".So I have a question about the account plan.The big difference between "Team" and "Company" We don't know the difference between "Team" and "Company". We searched for information on the internet but couldn't find it. Do you have document for "Team" and "Company"? We want to see the difference between plans. Is there a way for us to contact Zapier's technical sales? We would like to ask questions in Japanese or English if possible. Supplementary information on usageCurrently we have a Professional plan within our department We want to use Zapier company-wide Our scale is over 1000 people
