Facebook leads not added to Unisender

I have connected FB leads form to unisender via zaiper? Tested it. I can see the lead on fb but it did not go further to unisender. the contact was supposed to be added to the list and automated message received. I went through the triggers over and over again, i dont see any mistake. what could have gone wrong? thank you.
