Map field (Formstack to Quickbase) with different names
Hi,Transfer data (a booking form) collected in Formstack to my QuickBase APP. The name of the fields are not the same. Formstack form language is client friendly where as QBase fields are for internal use and abbreviated.Is there a way to label “code” the fields so I can match them?Very new to this, a small business owner trying to change how things are done in this new world we are in. Help with Zap: Facebook + Wordpress
hi all. Wondered if someone could help me out. Trying to create a zap that automatically posts onto Facebook when I create a WordPress post. That bit works fine. However, we often include videos as oembed and no matter what I select I cannot get the video to display on the post in Facebook. Everything else shows, title, description et cetera, just not the video. The videos are hosted on YouTube so you get an unrelated picture to click on which then takes you to the YouTube video, I'm lost on how to fix it, I feel like I've tried everything.

Adding multiple rows to Excel
Hey! I have a Gravity Form that contains line item data, and I’m trying to add each line item to its own row in an Excel spreadsheet. I can’t figure out how I need to format the data to make it appear on individual rows - everything I’ve tried thus far sticks all my data in one cell.The data from Gravity Forms comes in as: Input1: data1, data2, data3 Input2: dataA, dataB, dataCHere’s what I’ve tried with Formatter:Text: Split Text - the separator being “,” and having the output be both line items and separate fields It didn’t matter if the output was “data1, data2, data2” or [“data1”], [‘”data2”], [“data3”]… it would still place everything in one cell instead of splitting it up into rows in Excel Utilities: Line Itemizer - when running this, the Data Out was correct - 0: Test: data1 Test2: dataA 1: Test: data2 Test2: dataB etc… But when I try to add that to Excel, the only output it allows me to select is how the data went in… formatted back to “data1, data2, data3”I’m at
How can you get Zapier APIs extended to add missing functions provided by the target service?
I use Zapier with the API for Zoho Invoice. But the functions Zapier provides are a very limited subset of the Zoho API. How are these Zapier APIs maintained and how can you get Zapier APIs extended to add missing functions provided by the target service?e.g. I need the missing “Create Estimate” function.
Squarespace to Airtable Issue
hello! trying to figure out why zapier isn’t linking to all parts of our squarespace site. at first, i thought it was because a certain section of our site was “not linked,” but after linking it, zapier was still not able to find the respective form, even with refreshing on both ends, loading more options, etc. any tips?!
Trying to figure out a gmail trigger that only sends a specific snippet to slack
I have the search terms correct and it does find the email I want to send to the slack channel but I have two issues:It sends the entire bloated email with all the headers and intros and marketing but I really just need about 10 lines of text from the middle sent every week. it sends the entire email chain. someone replied to this weekly generated report asking if it could be auto sent to slack (hence discovering zapier) but that inline reply was ALSO sent in a trigger.Is there anyway I can Just have it send a specific section of text? (the report is the same format every week)
Automating birthday messages to Slack
Hi all, I’m trying to find a way to automate Birthday messages to our company slack. I have thought of creating a google calendar with the birthdays to automate on the day of. But, it has yet to successfully tag the right person in the slack message. I have the slack message populating from the calendar discription, but this prevents from the individual being actually tagged by their username. ANyone have ideas?Is the google cal zap not going to work and I should use a spreadsheet as described in other responses?Thanks for the help!
Newbie - Formatter
Hi All, I’ve got a zap that sends the google form data over to a google doc. The google sheet contains some data that is 3,2,1 or 0, it's a scored question. Is there a way that I can get formatter to read a 3, and replace that with the word ‘Met’ on the google doc, Similarly, 2 to ‘Partially Met, -1 = Not Met and 0 = Not Relevant. So in essence I’d like the google doc to list out the questions with Met etc next to each one depending on the score. Can’t fathom this one out :/ CheerMIk
Post message to Slack Channel with custom Channel Name from HubSpot Ticket Field
I would like to send a message to a slack channel, when a ticket is created in HubSpot. On the HubSpot ticket I added a field called “Slack Channel” and added the name of the slack channel associated with this ticket/customer. When creating the Zap, in the step “Customize Channel Message” in the field “Channel” I have the option to choose a “Custom” channel. This is what I want. But I can not see my field “Slack Channel” there in the available fields from the HubSpot ticket. There is a field that I can choose in Zapier that is called “1. Property String“, which sounds good, because I would like to use the string from the field “Slack Channel” but if I choose it, I can’t define which field from HubSpot ticket to use. Any idea, how I can use the string from the HubSpot ticket field “Slack Channel” as custom value for the Slack channel name to post in?

Zoho Mail > Airtable Zap not matching search
I have a Zap set up to transfer specific emails from Zoho Mail to Airtable with a matching search of “from:firstname.lastname@example.org”, but the search term is not being applied and all emails are triggering and being sent to airtable.The zap works correctly in every respect except for the search filterAny ideas why the search is not being applied?
New webinar registrations can't be added to zoom if the meeting ID is dynamic
I had a zoom webinar integration that has been working for 5 months and as of today it does not work anymore no matter what I try. When you add a webinar registration with a dynamic webinar ID you do not have the option to add a last name and therefore it fails. I tested the dynamic id for adding a meeting registrant and it works fine. The bug is only isolated to the webinar registrant.I know this is a know issue, but like I said before it has worked everyday for 5 months until today. I have tried every trick that people have offered up including all the tricks around the last name required, completing the zap with an extra unknown field, etc. Are there any new ideas to fix this? If I don’t use a dynamic field for the webinar id, it works great but that does me no good since we have people registering for up to 20 different webinars at the same time.
Integrating Paypal with Multiple Mailchimp lists/ Buy Now Buttons
Hi there, I have multiple Buy Now buttons created in Paypal, and I do not want them all to be linked to the same Mailchimp list. It appears now that no matter what someone purchases from me via Paypal, they will now all automatically be added to the same email list and receive the exact same automated welcome email, which I do not want. How can you link a specific Paypal button to a specific Mailchimp audience?
