Can I send data from any of the apps on Zapier? And what the destination app, that I’m sending the data to. Can I select from all the apps that Zapier supports?

There’s no limit to the destination apps Transfer can send data to. But, there is a limited number of source apps that it can send data from.

Why can’t I see my (Private) Integration in the list of destination Transfer apps?
I can use it in Zaps.

Hmm, that’s odd. Does the private integration have an action? I believe you should be able to select any app as the destination app as long as it has an action event available to select.
