QuickBooks tax code and business verification errors

Hello. I have been trying to create a zap that triggers from the approval of our estimate in pandadoc, but I have been having some problems. I keep getting a tax code error and a business verification error. I have looked into the tips and have tried every tax option, but keep getting the same error message. I would really appreciate some help on how to get this set up.

Delay Monday pulling data to zapier for a new item

Hello,I have an issue with the following flow:Adding new item on Monday Wait 5 minutes Pull all Monday columns data Transfer the data to google sheetscurrently what happens is that i create a new Item on Monday, and then after 1-2mins im adding all the information to monday, but the Data in in zapier only takes the New item creation (from stage 1) without all information added afterwards. What im looking for is for way to pull al the Monday column values after 5 minutes from adding the new item.Not sure if i need to add another step between the Delay and Google sheets.If i do, what event is the correct one?  Thank you so much for your help

Hey guys, I want to set up a trigger when the current membership period is coming to an end - i. e. 3 days left until recurring payment happening.I want to email the customer and suggest him to switch to a longer period plan to save money.Is there any way to do that?

my zap for sending zoom videos to google drive does not work for videos larger than 1gb, or videos whose sum of files is greater than 1gb. Is there an upload limit per action?

Recording Stripe gross and fee amounts in Xero

Hey folksI’m very new to Zapier and probably should play around with it more to get from crawling to walking - but I have an accounting need that is fairly urgent that I can’t work out.I have had someone set up Zapier for me to create invoices out of WooCommerce into Xero which are paid through Stripe & PayPal.What is missing though is a zap that picks up:payments that are made direclty into Stripe & PayPal without going through WooCommerce; and all fee amounts so that I can account for them in Xero.I could ask the helper to help me again but we are looking to DIY to keep our costs down.Has anyone set this up before - and are you able to share me what this looks like?taNeil

Why is my Typeform sending questions and answers when creating my Intercom lead?

Please remember that this is a public forum and to remove any sensitive information prior to posting.Hello, When I try to integrate typeform with intercom, the lead is created however is pulling the wrong data. Instead of only pulling the answer, is also pulling the question. See the screenshot below. Anyone knows why this happens? I’ve tried multiple tests…

Creating google drive folders from google form responses, but does not create one if it already excist or has a small variation of it.

Hello there Zapier Community!We've been doing Zapier for a while and so far we love it. We're only stuck with a certain Zap.Description:So what we would like is that we create a folder in Google Drive for a specific customer from a Google Form Response. So there is a possibility that two customers have to fill in the forum for 1 product. These customers then fill in the same title of the product, but sometimes in a different way.Now my question is whether this can be checked for certain words by means of filters, whether or not zapier creates it.We've been looking and trying for a while but it doesn't work.Hope you can help me!

Hey there, everybody! I’m wondering…Are there any apps you use that you discovered because of that app’s Zapier integration?Waaaaay back in the day, long before I worked at Zapier, I would routinely check out the Zapbook (as it was called back then) to learn about new apps. I’d check the beta section to see what had recently been added.Anyone else find apps via Zapier?

Hi!I am using Slack app and recently I got the notification that a bunch of Zaps were held due to the app being disconnected. Is there any specific time period the permissions to access the account are being granted? For how long can I use my Slack app without reconnecting it again? Within our Jotforms, we have a form that sometimes requires edits after-the-fact/after it’s been completed. It appears that Paperform doesn't allow for edits once a form is completed/submitted. Find Todoist Task from Previous Step and Mark "Complete"

Here’s the automation I’m trying to build:  TRIGGER: New incomplete task in Todoist ACTION: Delay until due date on task ACTION: Create a tweet using the Todoist task title as content ACTION: (this is the part I can’t figure out) Mark the task in Todoist as “Complete”It doesn’t seem like Zapier will allow me to take action on the Task from the trigger. I can “Find a task” but my only option is to choose from all the tasks that currently exist. It doesn’t give the option to use the Trigger step as the task to search for.Anyone know a way around this? Or am I missing something?

Update WooCommerce Status From Excel

I have an Excel sheet where i create new rows based on new order line items.  these rows have a unique id that is the order number and the item number(1234-001). these line items are then pushed to Salesforce to create tasks for each line item of the order. after the task is completed in Salesforce, the excel sheet line item status is updated from processing to completed. Question: Because the rows in the excel sheet are order line items and not just an order, how can i update the status in woo commerce when all the line items of an order are updated? I will need to look at the all the rows with the same order number, if all the rows have a status complete, then update woo commerce; but if only one of three line items have status of completed, don’t update the status in woo commerce. I hope this makes sense

Zap workflow suggestion for Hubspot / LinkedIn / Email

Hi all So basically we use Hubspot and I would like to achieve the following. From a list of company URLs, I want to, Firstly, extract the key decision makers (whether this is using LinkedIn or some other third party). Secondly, find the work email (and ideally telephone) for those individuals along with their individual LinkedIn profiles, if available. Thirdly, for the above to easily sync with Hubspot so we’re ideally avoiding having to upload CSV’s all the time, but this isn’t a pre-requisite.  Can anyone help advise on the above please and which Zapiers I would need? Or if it is indeed possible.  I see Phantombuster can do some of the above and can link in with Zapier, but I’m not familiar enough with these systems to visualise how best they would all slot in. Thanks

How to map SF account level fields

I’m setting up a Zap to create a DocuSign request when I update an Salesforce opportunity to a specific stage.  When mapping the fields I only have the fields within the SF opportunity available, but I also need the SF Account level fields to properly map over.  Are you able to pull data from both the Account and the Opportunity to map into Docusign?  If not what is the workaround?

Is there a way to follow timedata for a random Trello Card into Sheets ?

Hello,I didn’t found any informations here on the Community Zapier so I’m trying to figure out how I can automate data time for a random Trello card to different lists in Trello. Each cards in Trello will be create randomly so I can’t add an ID card before. The issue is that I will move manually the card to different lists as “steps” but everytime I use the trigger “moved to list XX” it creates a new row and it’s not following the ID Card in Trello 😥 Is there a way to follow the “life” (in my case I will need the time in order to calculate a duration) of a specific and random card in Trello to different lists in Google Sheets ?Not really sure that my question is clear 🙄 For the moment I can only easily follow the time creation of a random card in Sheets… It’s a beginning but not enough unfortunately.. Thank you in advance for your help and support ! PS : I can provide screenshots of my Spreadsheets and Trello Board if it could help

Pull Salesforce Related Record Fields to Slack Message

Hi all, Once an Opportunity is marked as Closed-Won in Salesforce, Zapier sends a Slack message to one of our Slack channels so that people can celebrate the win. I am trying to pull the names of Opportunity Team Members into the Slack channel message (Opportunity Team is a separate object) but can’t seem to figure out how to do so. I have tried to use ‘Find Record in Salesforce’ functionality but I think I may be doing so incorrectly.  Any help appreciated!

Shopify - Activecampaign Abandoned Cart email issue

Hi,I am using a zapier trial version to integrated shopify and activecampaign account. I want to send an abandoned cart recovery email after 1 hour when someone abandons cart. Abandoned cart automation with email having abandoned cart block was configured and was set active in active campaign, and this automation was integrated it in actions section. After 1 hour of abandoned cart zap gets fired and send email, but the abandoned block section in email was not displayed. What could be the issue? Ami missing something? Thanks,Misha
