How can I do that when I change Any.do task the the google calendar does not updates the date and time accordingly. the current zap is Any.do -> Google calendar. I’d even like the reverse but that does not exist .
Hello! I am looking for a solution for communicating with project requestors that are NOT in Asana. I have searched on zapier.com and the forums but, can’t figure out if the Asana/Outlook offering would deliver this. Here is my ideal workflow:Request is submitted through an Asana Form. Once the request is received in Asana an email is generated in Outlook and sent to the requestor from our team Outlook in box. The subject of the email would be the name of the task from the Asana Form. The body of the email would include the information on the request from the Asana form and any attachments that were added to the form. Outcome - The email would serve as the communication connection between my team and the requestor.Asana offers a confirmation receipt email feature in their forms but, the subject line of the email is generic making it hard to differentiate requests. I am attempting to have employees complete training, quizzes, exams in Easy LMS and have the completion notification transfer to BambooHR so that I know who has completed these assignments. I have been “chatting” with Zapier on and off for over a week and honestly am not understanding. I have read everything available, have tested the webhooks etc but there is always an error. Was hoping someone with experience could help me in general terminology.

Hello everyone! Does anyone know if it is possible to use Zapier to keep a Sheets file updated with all the sales orders from Zoho Inventory. I found a way to add the information in new rows, but when there is an update in an existing Sale Order in Zoho, Zapier will not update it in Sheets. Hello,I’m curious is anyone has any experience using Zaps to create blog post notifications sent only to subscribers to the blog using a sync between a WordPress site and FloDesk.My guess is that I will have to create a subscriber list specifically for the blog on the WordPress site that adds subscriber emails to FloDesk (perhaps in a blog specific mailing list). Then I would have to create a sync that sends out an email to subscribers every time a blog post is created.Does that sound about right? Would that be 4 total zaps (2 for signup, 2 for post notification emails)?
Use Case: Sometime I jump in and process paper checks for a coworker in Quickbooks Online and I would love to set up a zap that would conditionally email him only if MY quickbooks user adds a new payment (sometimes he keeps track of things separately). I don’t want it to email him if he’s the one adding the payment as that’d be annoying.Right now I have to email him separately to let him know, but it feels like there should be a way to automate this.Does anyone know if it’s possible to conditionally run a quickbooks online zap based on the user that made the change in quickbooks? It doesn’t seem like it based on my initial attempt to set it up, so I thought I’d check here to see if anyone has a workaround for something similar or if I’m missing it as an option? Hi!I set up a zap between Teachable and MailerLite to place students who enroll in any of my courses into a subscriber group on MailerLite and that’s working well. This group is a general group for my school on Teachable where people will get updates about new courses, discounts, etc., so that’s fine.However, I want to also set up a zap where people who enroll in a specific course will go into a specific group on MailerLite. So, for example, if they enroll in my First to Final Draft course, rather than being sent to this general group, they will be sent to a specific FTFD group where they’ll get a sequence of emails related directly to their course content (and then I would funnel them into the general group through MailerLite).From what I could see with setting up the zap (I am on the free plan), I can only set it up so that they go into MailerLite if they enroll in any course, not a specific course. Is there a way I can set up a zap for specific courses to specific groups? Is that so
My team and I are curious about trying to sort out a problem related to creating new rows on Sheets through Pipefy.It happens that when the trigger “Move a card (Pipefy) → Create a new row (Sheets)” is set, Zapier creates new rows for every card moved. What I mean is that it doesn’t just fill the blank spaces with information, but rather creates new rows (wich means new content) all the time.The problem itself shows whenever you try to set links and references between a new second sheet and contents within the sheet that data from Zapier are put, and this is causing me tremendous problems.Would anyone know if (and how) it is possible to create reliable references to the sheets data from Zapier is put? More specifically, considering Zapier adds new rows, every reference would change to be one cell below what used to be, and this is the major (but not only) problem I am dealing with.Thanks in advance!
I would like to setup a zap that creates a new project in Asana when an estimate is approved in Freshbooks (new Online, not Classic), filling in the estimate line items and detail as tasks in Asana.So here’s where I’m bumping into issues:I don’t see a trigger specific for when the Freshbooks estimate is approved, only new and updated. When I try to setup the project to be created in Asana, I can get the overview information in but hitting barriers trying to convert each line item in the FB estimate into individual tasks within Asana. It’s also important that each new task in Asana has the item name and item description converted into task name and description. I’d also like to pull over the per line cost information into an estimated time effort within Asana. So line item quantity (hours) is pulled into a task budget that I could time against. This may be beyond Zapier and need a third party timer?Any input would be appreciated.
Hey Community, I’m trying to take a form submission from my website (hosted by squarespace) to Google Sheets and then auto-generate an email to the form submitter. I’m getting all the way through this seeing the information go through to sheets but no email is being sent. I think the easiest thing to do would be to do this all in a single 3 step Zap, however, I’m on the free plan right now. Do you all think that breaking this up into 2 separate Zaps is causing the mix up? The second zap that is having trouble is: triggered by new sheet row - email column - email. Is there a step there that I’m missing? Thanks for the help.
I am looking to see if an existing Zap can create a Doc or PDF from a scan of multiple items, specifically post cards. I plan to do the following: I get returned post card mailers that need to be scanned and then sent and want then all in on doc or one doc a week. They might be scanned on Evernote or if Google has a scan app or if I phones have a native scan app. Then, if say 10 pictures/scans are done, I'd like those to automatically go on to a Google Doc or maybe a PDF to then automatically be emailed. If anone knows of existing ZAP templates that do that with any of those apps, please comment.
I have a Zap set up so that when a contact in active campaign subscribes to my list “failed payment” Zapier finds that contact and outputs their info. The next step takes that info and finds that student in teachable which works shows the data out being all that student's info. The last step which I can’t get to work should unenroll that student from a specified course within teachable. Below is the error I’m getting can anyone help with this?
