Hi, I'm looking for help for a specific usecase I'm hoping to use Zapier for.What I'm looking to do is recreate an insurance calculator that my client wants to show on their website. I have the excel spreadsheet available which I'll be uploading on Google Sheets and what I'm thinking of doing is that the website user will enter their information (ex. Name, Date of Birth, Age, Sex, Current income) on a form in the website and then have this information transferred over to the insurance calculator that's uploaded on Google Sheet via Zapier. This will then update the calculator with the required information which then will result in the rest of the calculator to get updated according to the pre-built formula inside the calculator. After, this will then trigger an action to copy the form, rename it to the user's name, and emailed to the user's email address via Boost Space.Can someone please help me with this or kindly confirm if this is even doable with Zapier, a Wordpress Website form, G
Hi,Zapier claims to be able to do this. However, when attempting to set this up, it is trying to force me to select a specific channel.My trigger should just be anytime a private message is sent to me (from anyone on my team). I’m able to set this as the event (see screenshot), but then going further down to the trigger, it’s wanting me to select a specific channel (see second screenshot) rather than just open-ended any message I receive.
Hi! I am using Zapier to integrate Big Cartel with Keap. I want to be able to tag new sales in Big Cartel in Keap with my product tags. I don’t see a way to pull through the product information so that it will assign the correct product purchased tag on each “NEW ORDER” zap. It just adds a new contact or updates an existing one….but if I add a tag to the zap it adds that one tag to every contact added or updated by the zap. Is there a way to customize the zap to read the product line and match the tag? Even if I have to create a table of matching products to tags.
I have a CRM board in Monday.com which has contact details for my suppliers. I would like to create a Zapp that pushes the data of this CRM to a Google Sheets file. After the initial push, I want it to always be in sync so if any new items are created in the CRM or existing ones updated, Google Sheets updates to reflect this.How can I do this? I saw the options below but not sure which accomplishes first A) the initial push of all the data (given that the Google Sheet is empty now) and then B) the continual update + sync.
Hello,I am looking for a solution so that the VAT number appears on invoices in Quaderno. The tools I use:- Thrive Cart (online payment)- Stripe (linked to Thrive Cart)- Quaderno (for multi-country invoice management, linked to Stripe) When I sell a product online, the purchase is made on Thrive Cart. Customers can enter their VAT number but it is not sent to Stripe and does not appear on Quaderno invoices. Stripe and Thrive Cart support tell me to set up a Zap but I don't know how to go about it. > Have you encountered this situation before?> How can I do to avoid 2 invoices from being generated? The use case is as follows:When an email is sent from Salesforce a new push notification should be sent to the To email address(es) of the Salesforce email, in Intercom.So if I send the email from Salesforce to firstname.lastname@example.org a User in Intercom with the same email address should get a push notification in the app.Is this possible with Zapier? I tried using the Send Incoming Message for Intercom but from what I can tell is sending messages into the account related to Zapier, and the same I get from the description of the action: Send a message from a User into your Intercom app.I appreciate any help I can get with this use case.Thanks!

Is there good documentation on how to send a list of data types from Bubble to Google Docs, beyond 100 rows of data in the Bubble DB Table. I can successfully connect the two, but often the unique IDs are coming through instead of the desired content format from Bubble’s DB. If you are familiar with bubble, its a single data-type with 3 fields (1. Parent Text - Title/Heading, 2 - Sibling Text 3. Sibling image, there can be any number of siblings to each parent and dynamically sorted). I see plenty of help on Google Sheets, but I’m specifically keen on sending in content to google docs, then saving and resending back to bubble as PDF. Appreciate any tips / advice. Thanks!

It seems like there are already correct templates for Leadinfo and the trigger but i could not find any template which might be helpful for LinkedIn. Hello, When creating a customer with a zap there is the option to select the customer’s parent customer, which is great! (see below)Ability to select the parent customer when creating a customer However, when going to then update a customer, the option to change/select the parent customer is no where to be seen.I have a client who ideally needs to have a customer automatically created when a record is created in their database, but the parent customer won’t be known until later/after they update it manually in the database. I could have sworn I saw a post on this a month or two ago where the Zapier dev team was asking the poster about they wanted in order to build this functionality out, but the post seems to have disappeared. Does anyone have any ideas for a work around for this, or are there any updates on its being included natively in the “Update a Customer” action for the Quickbooks Online app?Thank you!

I am using Zapier and trying to get a parsed email (with Email Parser by Zapier) into a new Trello card with field values populated.* Email parser by Zapier is configured correctly. (I think). I have fields defined, and they are available in the Trello action step.* I have created a card template in Trello, with fields named the same.* In my Zap, I can create a Trello card with the parsed data values,. I Don't know how to use the template card and map the Zapier email parsed fields to the template fields. Can anyone help or point me to an example?

Hello,Since this morning I've noticed something weird happening to dates fields on my automations. I have several integrations from pipefy to google sheets that uses dates fields. It was working as expected until last afternoon, but today the dates begun to change, and I found out that this happened because I've setted my account timezone to GMT -3.Before I've changed the timezone, the integration was ok, but when I changed it to GMT -3 (wich is my timezone and the same I use on pipefy) some dates are coming out wrong on the sheets document. They are coming 3 hours less than they should. So, the fields from pipefy that doesn't have Time with the date, are coming to sheets with one day less.Looking the history of the Zap, I found out that the fields that come from pipefy with date and time set, comes with the correct time zone (GMT -3), but the fields that comes from pipefy without time, Zapier set it to 00:00 and to GMT+0, than when it goes to the google sheets, Zapier reset it to GMT
