Extracting lead name from amoCRM

Hi there!

Does anyone know how can I solve my issue with amoCRM integration?

I’ve set a trigger for “new task” in amoCRM and as a result of the zap I need to receive a message in Slack with task type and lead name.

Currently I have an issue with linking lead name. Which settings should I use to perform Find lead action after trigger is set?

Hey @Victoria_N

It looks like you’ve reached out to our Support team and they’ve helped you out with this. For anyone who finds this thread, it seems this was solved by removing the value selected for the Query field and just searched for the Lead ID (Unique identifier of the Contact or Lead) in the Unique Lead Identifier field.

Seems like you’re all set here for now!

Hi @Victoria_N

Are you getting an error when testing the Find Lead step?

If yes, then what is the error being returned?

@Victoria_N

That’s an expected error response, when no match could be found for the provided data point.

Perhaps try choosing a different record from the trigger step to test with.

Try setting the Query value to “contact” or “lead” depending on what Unique Lead Identifier value is being used.
