I don’t understand why is not connecting, since I’ve always used it the same way.

Hi @Yurian  and  @TyFowler! We do know that there is currently an issue connecting Zapier to Microsoft Dynamics CRM, I’m sorry that it’s affecting your Zaps. There is currently a Community thread about this issue:
