HI, how do I use a zap to trigger Gmail to create a new folder as part of new client on-boarding?

You can also automatically label new emails. To achieve that your trigger should be “New Email” or “New Email Matching Search” - have an optional filter - and as action “Add Label to Email in Gmail”.

Yes! It works like any “Action”. You can add it and name the label however you want. In the example below I use the input from step 1 (the trigger) to give the label a name:
