I’m trying to figure out if it’s possible to use input data from an upstream trigger or action to specify the Google Sheets Spreadsheet or Worksheet name to use. The trigger for this zap is a webhook from Google Sheets that includes a variable called “id”. I would like to use the contents of that variable to determine which Spreadsheet or Worksheet should be written to with the output of the zap.
Hello I set up the Zapier between CallRails and Zoho CRM Connected first my ZOHO CRM account on the My Apps tab, and it was a success. Moving forward, my Call Rail was good and now, I filled up all the required fields on the Create/Update Module Entry in Zoho CRM when the CallRail was triggered and I tried to test the integration and I got an error that says. I checked back the Customize Modules Entry tab and the Module field was already has a value which is Leads and there were no api_name fields on the options but still, I got the same issue How can I solve this problem any help? I have a zap that will create a new Box folder every time there are change in a column. Also, it can also add a collaborator. I would like to add more than one collaborator. In the field I try to add more than one email it return “ The app returned "Invalid input parameters in request". What is the valid parameters for this to add more then one email to the field?
Hi everyone from the Zapier Community I am brand new on Zapier platform and I get some issues. First the product is great. I love it. My need is to get some pictures from google drive and to pin them in pinterest. The integration with google drive is working. But I have the following error message: "Sorry, this image is broken. Please pick a different image.". It looks like your connected account doesn't have permission to complete this step. You should contact the administrator for your account and make sure you have the needed permissions. We made a request to api.pinterest.com and received (403) Forbidden. I did some snapshots. I guess it’s coming from the screen where I put parameter values for Pinterest Can you help me please? I have looked carefully on many messages on the forum and did not find something to solve this last issue. Have a good day Christophe
I am new to Zapier. I keep getting ‘authentication failed: The WooCommerce Zapier plugin is missing or WordPress pretty permalinks not configured properly.. My pretty permas ARE configured properly. I even had the Woocommerce plugin, but you don’t need the plugin right? It should work without? I’ve been tearing my hair out trying to figure out how to get it working. Zapier’s support appears useless. Not even a phone number to call.
Whenever I get a new order I would like to take line items from those orders and put them into certain cells on my Google spreadsheet. For example, if Customer A orders 1 meatball dish and 2 apple crisps, the spreadsheet row would update with their name and a quantity of 1 in the meatball column and a 2 in the apple crisp column. If Customer B orders 3 pasta dish and 1 meatball dish, the spreadsheet would show 3 under pasta and 1 under meatball. I’ve tried to use line items as output, but depending on the order line item 1 could be a meatball dish, an apple crisp, or a pasta dish. Is there a way to look at the order see that a line item contains a certain product and put that products quantity until the correct cell? Thanks!
So I have it working really well in one multi-step zap which was great. Now I am trying to do similar but for inbounds via the fb group not just the initial source. The problem I am seeing is that in this one person they used a different email address which means there is nobody to update or it would create a new box & contact. I could just switch to a search their phone number but I could run into the same issue. This is the concept I am noodling, but not 100& clear on how to make this happen in zapier. When google form response trigger Search for email in streak Path A if found update bla bla bla Path B l if not found, search for phone number if found update bla bla If neither found create new box & contact?

As mentioned, I'm trying to set up a zap that will post a Facebook live video to a YouTube channel for which I'm a manager, not an admin. First snag - I don’t see a trigger for that under Facebook Pages. Second snag - In trying to authenticate the account, I don’t see the YouTube channel - only my YouTube accounts (accounts for which I’m an Admin). Must I be an admin instead of a manager on the Channel? Thanks for your help! -- Ken
We are using Zapier to push conversions to Google Analytics, Facebook and Marketo when a successful recurring purchase occurs. However, we only want to send this conversion on the first successful payment, not everytime thereafter. I can’t seem to find a Paypal field that indicates that a successful payment was not initiated manually by the user but automatically by Paypal. Any ideas how this could be accomplished?
Hi all, I am new to Zapier , so would welcome any guidance. I posted an EventBrite ad for a webinar, created a zap to trigger a zoom registartion. worked fine. Then as it’s a weekly zoom webinar, I created it as a recurring event in zoom and changed the event on EB to multiple choice for dates, essentially creating a master event with a number of future dates scheduled and available. Now I cant seem to get the zap to work, I can see the ¡multiple events created in EB in the first stage of the zap creation but is impossible to determine which event is relevant for the Zap, the each have a unique string of numbers that I cannot reconcile with on the EB page. What I would like to know is will Zapier work in this configuration? Multiple EB dates for customers to select from, triggering a corresponding registration within Zoom so as to send out the link for the required event. Thanks T
Hello there! I am hoping someone can help me to connect custom-coded forms to Flodesk via HubSpot. As mentioned, I’ve been able to connect the website’s custom-coded forms to HubSpot, so I am getting the enquiry emails to follow-up with regarding bookings. Within the form is a checkbox for ‘opting in’ to my email subscribtion list as well. Some click ‘yes’, some do not. Those who click ‘yes’ I want to auto upload to my Flodesk email list without having to manually add by creating and uploading a CSV. However, the only ‘zap option’ I can see from HubSpot to Flodesk is ‘new form submission’ to ‘create / update new subscriber’, whereas I need a specific detail to say ‘new submission form of those who clicked yes’, as it’s not every form contact I want to add to the email marketing list. I’ve looked into having the zap auto-populate a google sheet with new forms submission details and then from google sheet to flodesk, but you could only specify new rows added, not specific column
Hi, I did connect my Typeform to a Google Sheet. All good so far. However for certain questions in my Typeform I get multiple answers. For instance “In the list below, what your 3 favorites watch brands ?” : Rolex, Hublot, Omega, Cartier, Richard Mille” So in my Google Sheet I get all anwsers like this “ RolexOmegaCartier” Would you know how I could put a comma “,” between theses answers so it’s more readable and can be extracted for KPI’s ? thanks a lot for your help,

The result should be like this: Note: in this example I didn’care about quantity field. I tried to add a Formatter step to get line-items from my google sheets, but I failed. Any suggestions? Hello, I was having trouble linking my Clickfunnels account to my GetResponse account because every time I would try to do it I would receive an error. So I was told to use Zapier to integrate them. But now I am having issues using this software to so because it keeps wanting me to have subscribers in my list, but I don’t. I’m not really sure what action steps I need to take in order to link the 2 together. Any help would be much appreciated because I can’t launch my funnel until this is figured out and I was looking to launch within the next day or two. Cheers, Cody
Hello, I was wondering if someone could help me with this automation… I use a google sheet as a template to autofill after a google form is complete...the template pulls data from a tab of data that’s emailed to me weekly. I’d like to 1. email the attached document to zapier 2. had zapier add the document to a specific folder and convert it to a google sheet and 3. pull data from the newly added google sheet and add it to the end of the template google sheet. I’m having trouble with #3 since i’m unable to pull data from the newly updated sheet. can anyone help me out? do you know if this is possible? thanks!
