How Do I Delete an Old Form that I no longer need?

So I now have several outdated (Old) forms I no longer need to choose from in my pick list when determining which form to trigger an event when brining in FB leads.

How do I get rid of (delete) those outdated forms?

Hi @CharlesK

Can you please clarify how this relates to your Zaps?

Perhaps post screenshots to help provide context.

My apologies @Troy Tessalone .

Clarification:

Under the ‘setup trigger’ section, I have several forms I no longer need. How do I delete these?

@CharlesK

You’d need to take action in FB Lead Ads since that data is pulled from FB.

@Troy Tessalone understood and is what I thought as well, but for some reason even after ‘archiving’ the forms I no longer need/use, that long ‘out-of-date’ list of forms is showing.

@CharlesK

Archiving may be different than deleting in FB.

You can always use the search bar to narrow down your results.

@CharlesK if you’re unable to delete, you might try reconnecting your Facebook Lead Ads account to Zapier to see if that helps to refresh the list. Keep us posted with how you make out here!
