Hi there, I’m trying to use Zapier to go through all my Outlook appointment and export them to a Google Sheet. Obviously I can do this as new appointments are made or as appointments are changed but I cannot find a way to simply ask Zapier to go through all existing appointments and export to Google sheets. Hi there, I created a webinar whith manual approval in order to accept or refuse registrants (for example, we’ll refuse students or competitor). When someone register to the Gotowebinar event, his status is automatically “waiting”. When I accept or deny someone in Gotowebinar event, I didn’t find a way to use Zapier to also update my Excel Worksheet with the updated status of the person. Thank you for your help
I have a detailed cost estimate form for potential customers to fill in. Is it possible to take the estimate from my form to be the cost of a booking in the Woocommerce Booking plugin (or a similar plugin or service). Have done tons of internet research but am not finding an easy way to do this.
I am trying to add a tag to a customer in Drip once they receive their order. I am trying to automate a workflow that starts once the order is received by the customer and all I see in ShipStation is a Zap for order created, not fulfilled. I know ShipStation updates WooCommerce after delivery, but I can’t seem to get WooCommerce to send that info to Drip either. Any ideas?
I am attempting to monitor a spreadsheet and generate calendar events based on a column change. So far everything works correctly, except that the time zone is always set to my account time zone, not the time zone specified in the spreadsheet. These events need to respect multiple times zones. This may be a problem with how I have the data formatted in the sheet, but it is in line with the examples provided which do include a time zone. The included image shows the three fields I am using to construct the start and end times, but Zapier always drops the time zone and sets the event to Eastern Time (my account setting). I’ve tried using a formatter action but it also drops the time zone. How do I need to format the data in columns to maintain the time zone? Data must be human-readable and enterable.
I have a sheet with two columan, looks something like that:user_name | emailA | email@example.comB | B@email.comC | firstname.lastname@example.org….I need to use the sheet as a lookup table i.e if a is in the input then I need to fetch email@example.com.The thing is that there might be more than one inputs A, B should fetch firstname.lastname@example.org, email@example.com.Tried various option to accomplish that. The best guess was using “Find Many Spreadsheet Rows (With Line Item Support) in Google Sheet”, but that didn’t end up finding anything. The input for the “Find Many Spreadsheet Rows” step is a comma-delimited text - user_name,another_user_name.Can you please help me as to how can I accomplish that?*using the zapier lookup table is not relevant as I need that table to be dynamic.
We have a website we use WPForms with, once the form is filled out it will move over to Paypal for payment of service. We need a zap that will trigger once the form is filled out, add that person to our Zoom meeting. The problem we’re running into with WPForms → Zapier is they get registered even if they don’t pay. Is there a way to pull in both the WPForm data and filter by PayPal complete?We thought about using PayPal as the trigger, but the payPal payment email/contact information isn’t always the same as what the form filled out. I’m just looking for any thoughts or guidance here.
Hey, I've been wondering how to edit a Long zap, like 7-10 steps or more, without pausing it. I have a Zap for my community and I don't want new members having trouble registering.How do you do it? Zapier recommends cloning the Zap, editing it, pausing the first one and turning on the second edited Zap. Is there an alternative? How do you do it?Cheers,
I want to add a subscriber to a tag in Mailchimp, but Zapier is not showing the tag in the dropdown menu. It says: We couldn't find any more choices.Sorry, there are no more choices. We've loaded all 100. But we have 200+ tags in Mailchimp. Does Zapier load only 100?

We use Gravity Forms to collect details from users on our website (i.e. e-news subscribers, lead capture for downloadable resources, etc.). I was hoping to use a Zap to send this information from the Gravity Forms directly into our CRM/ATS, Bullhorn. However, some of these users will already have an existing record in Bullhorn, in which case I do not want it to create a duplicate record, but instead to identify the existing record (based on email) and update it with the new information. There is no Create/Update step for Bullhorn in the Zap, how can I accomplish this?
I would like to add Multiple custom labels WITH COLORS to trello right now its working but only grey.
I have a Google Form that has options for people to fill out. The options are then sent to trellow as labels but they currently only show up as grey and not on the card in board view because of it. I would like to be able to assign colours to these custom labels (So far it looks like you can add one colour label) and multiple custom grey labels but I would like to say Item 1 (yellow)Item 3 (green)Item 4 (sky) etc so the team can immediately see everything associated with the new form
I create a zap integrating kajabi purchases with active campaign, however, it will not stay on. I have checked everything, and it keeps switching itself off when i refresh the page I have checked these:You lose access to a paid feature the Zap uses (e.g., multi-step Zaps or premium apps) due to a trial expiration or plan downgrade. Multiple errors occur each time the Zap tries to run. An email notification will be sent if a Zap is turned off due to errors. You make a change to a trigger or action of the Zap. You will need to turn the Zap back on once you are done editing it.and nothing is wrong with the above thanks!
Hoping someone smarter than I can help.I am trying to send data to Salesforce and getting the below error. Account_Bric_C being the API name of our accounts page. The record could not be sent to Salesforce.Account_Bric__c is too long, should only be a maximum of 18 characters. What am I trying to do?I am trying to push data from iAuditor to Salesforce. Once an audit is completed in iAuditor Zapier will push all relvant data to Salesforce creating a new record on our Audit page. What wont work?Linking the audit to the account in Salesforce. Because Account (in salesforce) is a Lookup field I need to use the GUID of each Salesforce account found in their URL. I’m finding typing the account name in manually or pulling the EXACT account name as it appears in Salesforce from a field in iAuditor will not work.Is there a way for this to work?
Hey there, I am integrating Zapier with our Squarespace account and Typeform account to integrate client enquiries into Drip.I have set up the zaps using the “Create or update subscriber” trigger but I am not sure it is doing what I want. Our business offers a few different services so I need it to do the following: If a subscriber is new then I need them to be added to our emailing list and tagged accordingly, based on the product they are enquiring about. If they are already in our mailing list (because they have enquired about a different product) then I need a new tag to be added to that subscriber. I was just wondering how I should go about setting this up as the Create or update subscriber” seems to cater more towards updating email addresses, rather than updating tags. My other option is the "Add Tag to Subscriber" trigger but I wasn’t sure if this adds new subscribers AND tags them, or if it will only tag existing subscribers?Thanks for your help!
