How do I set a reference code in a Bexio invoice when creating a new sales invoice from Google Sheets?
Hello How can I set a reference code in a Bexio Invoice?When I manually create a new sales invoice in Bexio, I can set a reference code (the one with 27 numbers)I do have a reference code allready in the trigger google sheet, where I get all the details for the new sales invoice.But I don’t know, how to set up my zap, that it writes this reference code in the reference line (it’s in the text area right under the titel in Bexio)My goal is, that the bank transactions got matched automatically in Bexio.Any solutions or tips? I reply to their email with my gmail account.We would like to send a reminder to them 2 days after if we can do anything to help them book with us? So we have to be careful not to trigger that zap twice if for example we have several email exchange with that specific person. What would be the flow of zap? Thank.

I’m trying to build an automation that, once someone joins my community (on Circle), it finds the subscriber in Convertkit, checks to be sure they have the purchase tag, and then adds them to the relevant space in Circle. The part I can’t figure out - is there any way to check for a tag in Converkit? I can’t find this action no matter how I set up the zap. Thanks in advance!

Hi,I have a zap where I use ‘Schedule a Meeting in Google Meet’ to schedule a meeting.There is an option to include attendee emails in this step. Meeting invitation mail is sent to everyone here, but not the host. I made a post about this around 20 days ago or so, and @Troy Tessalone helped me create an empty folder of the same name in Dropbox when a folder is created in Box, but… This doesn’t really solve my problems. I need Zapier to track not only when a new folder is made, but when files are added to this new folder. For example: Let’s say that I have a folder in Box, called “FOLDER A”. I have a zap set up for “FOLDER A” saying that whenever a new folder is created within FOLDER A, a new folder--with the same name--is created in “FOLDER B” in Dropbox. So, let’s say that “FOLDER X” is created inside FOLDER A in Box (a subfolder of Folder A), and “FILE Z” is added to that folder moments later. Can I create a Zap that transfers over copies of both “FOLDER X” and its contents, “FILE Z”, automatically to “FOLDER B” in DropBox, without me needing to manually set up an entirely seperate zap that tracks files entering FOLDER X in Box and uploads copies of those files to FOLDER B in Dropbox? I am sending prompts to openai and gathering information and then dropping it into a word document. The first ‘drop’ created the doc and the formatting is clean. The second ‘drop’ after ai i prompted to generate the content uses ‘append text to document’ and all of its formatting is stripped out. Any idea how to keep the formatting? It turns it into one large paragraph of text.
Hi there,I would like to filter a zap based on the category of the appointment in Acuity.I have several category types set up in Acuity to organise my many appointments.In Zapier, creating a new zap, I have it set up like this so far:Then under Filter setup & testing: There are a few things I’m struggling with:There are many options that seem to have preset data. For instance, 1. First Name Janett: If I select it, and then use the condition (Text) Contains, with Janett in the 3rd field, the filter tests positive. But if I put any other name from my client list in the 3rd field, the filter tests negative. I would expect that I should be able to add any first name from my client list and have it test positive - is that wrong? Why are the options in the drop down menu so limited? How does that list work? If I select Category with the condition of Does not exist, it tests positive. If I use the condition Does exist, it returns a negative result. Does this mean that category data

Hello! I’m trying to streamline an equipment rental contract.I want to collect contract data from the customer using a Google Form and zap it to create (not send) a Docusign envelope that I can add to before sending manually.Here’s the flow:Customer completes form about two weeks before equipment is delivered. They attach a few JPGs. Ideally, I review the form contents, add the license plate number to the form response, and then manually zap it into Docusign to create an envelope. It will work if it zaps into Docusign and I can edit the newly created envelope in Docusign. Ideally, the attachments from the Google Form would attach to the Docusign envelope. I manually send the contract after the equipment is delivered.I have a few questions:Zapier’s chatbot says that I can create an envelope to send later (see image of chat), but I can’t figure out how to do it and I can’t find instructions. Anybody know how? How do I set up the zap to send manually? Delay doesn’t seem to have an option.
I am trying to do a simple zap . From our website (which we use squarespace) to google sheets, anyone who signs up for our newsletter (after they double opt in) to pop up on a google spreadsheet. When I test this it works but when I use an email to sign up it does not show up on the spreadsheet. Is there someone out there that can help? Thanks, Susan

When I create ticket in ZohoDesk, then Redmine will create task (Succeded) And when I updated status task in Redmine, it doesnt affect in ZohoDesk ticket.. Any solution for this? I want, When I update status task in Redmine, ZohoDesk status ticket will update too
I have a field type that already exists in Airtable called “Social Media”. However, when I sync my google event it creates another field type instead of syncing with the existing field type. Is it possible to make it sync so it uses an existing field type?

I’m trying to catch data from leadform: Email and dropdown where they can select building size (house cleaning) The data needs to be sent to my launch27 bookingform. I thought webhooks would work and autofill the dropdown data from leadform to bookingform, but it does not work. launch27 is trigger only, is there a way to make these two forms connected?
I have a tank table and a tank ticket table. The ticket table has a relationship setup that way users can pick which tank a ticket belongs to. When the ticket record is created I would like to set a flag on the tank table to show a ticket has been opened. Every time I do this the zap will work in testing but only for the row that I do it for. The zap will also work for other new records when I manually process it. It seems as if the trigger only works on manual processing or trigger testing. I have tried two types of zaps (1) new record > (2) search for existing record from step one’s tank key > (3) update tank key ticket flag to 1 I also tried new record triggers update (skipping the search)
Hi, Im facing an issue while setting an reminder in evernote. Action I’m trying to perform - Whenever I create a new meeting google calendar, and new note of agenda should be created in Evernote. Issue I’m facing is the reminder column, I want a reminder 4 hrs before my meeting. What I tried- --(“date pretty”-4h ) this is not working. How do I achieve this? Also there is an option of completion reminder… is it a second reminder? Any help appreciated.
I would like to allow a user who appears in a specific database, to be able to view a squarespace-built webpage which is password protected - or otherwise not accessible/viewable to the general public. Access to the page must be possible only to an individual with a unique membership number that is included in the database. I would appreciate any suggestions.
Hello!I have just started to use Zapier! I am trying to integrate Agile with HubSpot & the condition is that when a tag is added to a particular contact in agile crm, a workflow in HubSpot will be activated for that particular contact from HubSpot. One thing to note that the contact does not exist in HubSpotThe data is flowing from Agile but not in HubSpot. I am sure I am doing something wrong here! Should I make a zap to create a contact in HubSpot from Agile CRM & then internally in Hubspot create a workflow?Any suggestions on how to do it correctly? Thanks!
I have a zap going from Google calendar to Scheduler in Basecamp 3. I am trying to get the “Join Google Hangouts” links to transfer over as well. I am not having much luck. Has anyone done this successfully? I would like this information to go through to Basecamp 3 when the new event is created.
