How to avoid embedding a link in a LinkedIn post?
At WebLime we help our clients run their social media with many automations between AirTable and Zapier. One platform that’s been tricky to work with is LinkedIn. I pay for another service to solve this and would love to find a fix for this. The LinkedIn Zap requires a link, which is then embedded in the post. Is there any way to avoid this, so it looks like a natural LI image post?
Use mail content to create Google document based on template
Hello,I would like to know how to create a Zap which would be triggered by applying a label on my Gmail account (ok for that trigger), and which would use the different datas in the email body to create a Google Document from template and populate the different field tags. Is there a way to achieve this ? I did not found how to use the different informations in the email body to populate the template… Thanks for your help,A.
How do I send a email through Gmail using an email address provided in a Trello Card?
I have many trello cards, each for a separate client. I have each client’s email address listed on their card. My goal is to have email updates sent out automatically when certain triggers are reached on each card. I found a previous post where someone asked the same thing. It was suggested they use a formatter. I don’t really understand what this means. Is there someone who can explain this for me? I would be eternally grateful!
Find or Create Record action for SalesForce does not show up in my dropdown when picking an Event.
@Troy Tessalone In previous posts, I saw your suggestion to use the Find or Create Record action for SalesForce to prevent creating duplicate records. However, this does not show up in my dropdown when picking an Event. I only see the Find OR Create in two separate actions. Please help!

Add Google Contact and then Assign to a Group
Hi all,I’m really struggling to get this to work. I am trying to add a contact to Google Contacts and assign it to a group. I can get the contact into Google Contact no problem, but the add to contact step doesn’t work. I have read some other posts on this and I believe I am doing it correctly, but for some reason the test doesn’t work. I use a custom with the ID from the second step. Any ideas would be most appreciated.
How do I find Airtable records that contain an invoice number from Google Drive?
Help! I’m trying to Find and Update a Record in Airtable by using the name of a file uploaded to Google Drive. The File on Google Drive will always have the format xx-xxx.pdf, and the record on Airtable will always have the format INV #xx-xxx.I have already separated xx-xxx from .pdf with a Split Text action, and would like to now Find and Update an Airtable Record containing xx-xxx in the title. I imagine there is a formula to do so, but I’m not sure how to arrive at it.What am I missing? Thanks in advance!
Zapier triggering once then not again
Hey everyone, I’m having an issue with my workflow, which is as follows: I’ve got three zaps running to:create item in Webflow/Airtable Update item in Airtable/Webflow Update live item in WebflowSo far things have been running smoothly and when a new Item is triggered a new airtable line is created housing all the datafields, which in turn are then used to populate a new CMS item being created in Webflow. Then the next trigger also works and updates things like: selling fast: true or sold out: false on the live item no worries. However, if an item is changed back to Selling fast: FALSE it doesn’t trigger the Zap and therefore nothing gets changed in airtable etc. This is causing myself and my client a lot of headaches and I was wondering what might be happening that changing the RSS feed back to an old state wouldn’t result in the update item zap triggering. Any help would be appreciated :) Adam
Update Trello Card from Salesforce Opportunity
I’ve searched the community but don’t seem to find an answer to my question. I want to accomplish updating a Trello card when a salesforce opportunity is updated. I created a Zap that identifies a salesforce opportunity record that has been edited then the step to update the Trello card based on the name of the opportunity. But the Trello card doesn’t update. The name is the same in both systems, so I can’t figure out why it doesn’t fire to update the Trello card. I’ve manually run the zap and see that it finds records, but the card is not updated. What am I missing?
How to get around Zapier's de-duplication with Airtable?
Hey all!My team uses a Zapier/Airtable combo for a large number of automations, and one thing that perennially bothers me is Zapier’s built-in deduplication for Airtable records. There are records that I want the same automation to run on multiple times (they change conditions and re-enter the view to trigger that zap more than once), but of course Zapier has no option to turn off the built-in deduplication (also if anybody knows where I can make a formal feature request, please share!). I was wondering what workarounds others had found for this situation. The current one I use is to use an Airtable automation to feed the record id into a google sheet, and then make a zap that’s triggered by a new row in that google sheet which then finds the record in Airtable and gets whatever other data is needed (or sometimes if the data is sparse or simple text, I put it straight into the google sheet to save needing to go to Airtable).Obviously this requires using an Airtable automation, as well

Currently, I have two memberpress memberships on my website. Those are premium members and supplier members. Also, my flodesk account has two segments called premium members and suppliers. I want to save in the premium members segment of flodesk when a premium member registers and in the suppliers segment of flodesk when a supplier registers. Currently, all users saved to one specific segment. How to solve this issue?
Wix to Monday - not seeing any value or id that could match between the two databases
Hello, I have the same issue and i have tried this way but still i can’t figure out to update the corresponding item.It looks like with Monday.com it is only possible to indicate value column as an id. Is ti always the case ? I’m trying to connect an automation from Wix and a Monday board and i don’t know how to connect the properly as i don’t see any value or id that coule match between the two database. Maybe a webhook would be needed ? The idee is to create a point system and a leaderdoard.When a participant attend to a booking or accomplish a challenge, he gets points.This information is sent to Monday where there is the list of the participants The automation should only update for example the column “Challenge “ of the corresponding participant Any suggestion or good thought will be much appreciated !Thanks
Send notifications to multiple users via Find Record in Airtable
I have an automation set up to send SMS notices via Twilio on a scheduled basis. Prior to sending the SMS via twilio, I use a Find Record in Airtable Action to filter all the records that match certain conditions on any given day. This list of recipients will change anywhere from 0 to 20 per day.The automation currently only runs once and sends a message to the first record found. How do I set this up to send the text message to all found records, not just one?
What Triggers a TeamUp Entry Update?
I have set up a Zap that looks at calendar entries on TeamUp, and if an entry meets the criteria, it gets sent to a Smartsheet spreadsheet. It works great when I add a new calendar entry, but the Zap is supposed to also evaluate the entry when it is updated. It does not do that. Does anyone know what Zapier considers an update in TeamUp to be? Changing the text in the event entries does not trigger the Zap.Thanks!

Hi I am recruiter & just started at a company that uses Microsoft Dynamics 365 as a CRM & an ATS. We use a Word CV template to create standard company CV’s ( we do this manually) to send to clients (the final CV is sent as a PDF but we create it in word) can anyone assist with best free solution to create a template to convert word & pdf CV files into a predefined word template? Setting up Airtable to Freshdesk Request Automation
This is a continuation of this topic, as I’m working on some further implementation and I want to try and flesh out the syntax so everything works right. From what I gather, I will need to make two zaps… One for a new entry (New ticket) and one for an updated record (Add reply to ticket) The simple plan of attack is:1] Customer creates new entry on Airtable (Trigger)Action: Request (New ticket) is created on Freshdesk for new entry Action: Update Airtable record with Freshdesk ticket ID (For future reference and request updates)2] Customer updates an existing entry on Airtable (Trigger)Action: Possible delay (The trigger, in past experience, seems to work instantaneously.
