I have set up a Zap to Update a Google Spreadsheet row based on a Slack message in a private channel. Basically I want to update different columns for Monday-Friday to track when people will be in our office in person. So I would like to update each column, based on whether the message includes “Monday” or “Tuesday” or “Wednesday” etc… but I can only seem to set the cell value to “Raw Text” of the Slack message. Is it possible to set the value using an IF statement or some other dynamic value conditional on the message?

I’m using a catch webhook trigger and one of the fields is currently a float / decimal data type. I need to convert it to an integer, or text that has the “.00” stripped out of it, to pass it into google analytics 3 event value field. It seems like the formatter should be able to do this but I cannot find an option in there? Is there any other way of doing this?
Good day! What I would like to be able to do is take an image that comes from a source when it’s created and automatically add a watermark to it before sharing it on social media. Does anyone know of an app on Zapier that can add the watermark to it? If not, that would be a great one to have, imho. Thanks! Mark
Hi All, We meet with clients each month and I saw this recent article from Zapier (https://zapier.com/blog/create-meeting-summaries-with-openai-gpt3/) about using a trigger from Evernote, however, Google Docs/ Google Drive (that we use) doesn’t seem to have a trigger that would allow us to do the same thing. Right now, after a client meeting we’ll manually summarize it and attach the agenda as a PDF. During the meeting we highlight yellow for our to-dos and purple for the client’s to do’s on the document and add that to the body of the email so it outlines each person’s items. Does anyone have ideas on how we can use a similar Zap set-up from the article linked above using Google Docs? I am open to tagging or editing how we add in to-dos too to make this work. I currently have Trello cards being created from emails. These cards contain project information from clients. Inside the Trello card description is a Due Date that the client would like their project done by. I want to create an automation that will extract the date from inside the description of the card and set the due date on that Trello card to their desired date.

How do I redirect quiz takers to specific email funnels in Flodesk based on their results using Interact?
Hey Dears! I’m in the process of building out my first quiz nurture funnel using Interact for the Quiz and Flodesk for the nurture sequence. In the quiz there are 5 results which is reflected by 5 email funnels in Flodesk. I am having trouble figuring out how to connect the two platforms and redirect people to the adequate quiz funnel based on their results. (so each person receives a personalized email based on their quiz results) If you have any advice or suggestion I would so appreciate it!

I am trying to create a trigger with Dynamics 365 CRM Invoices to create a shipment in Shipstation.I see the can triggers, are mostly contacts and leads, I did not see how one can get to the other tables. Hi all, I’m working on an automation that will add form submissions into affinity. The submissions always include a person and an organization. I have no trouble with creating an organization, adding it to a list etc. I can also create a person from the form data, but I can’t seem to find a way to add that person to the created organization. I tried using the “Update entity” Zap, but it only allows me to edit the person’s job title, phone number, LinkedIn URL etc. There seems to be no option to add the person to an organization. Conversely, there is no option to add people when updating an organization entity. Is such an automation possible? Am I just making a mistake? Thanks in advance to everyone.
When adding a trigger from Hubspot I am able to select “Additional Properties to Retrieve” But when I try and add a filter based on this property is does not come up in the options: How do I filter my trigger based on the additional properties I have selected?

Hi,My Zap links Moodle with Salesforce. I’m using the “New Enrolled Student in a Course in Moodle” trigger and for the most part it works. I can create a new record in Salesforce with the student’s name and email address and the name of the course.However, I have three mandatory custom fields on the Moodle User profile, and I need these adding to the Salesforce record when the user enrols on a course. Unfortunately, I don’t see them in the list of Moodle fields available to me in the Zap editor. The mandatory fields are used to categorise reports in Salesforce, as they include things like the user’s role, department and specialisation.My fear is that they are not visible to the Zap because these fields exist in the user profile and are not passed to the course when the user registers? The Zap is only pulling in fields from the course?Any suggestions would be much appreciated!

Hello, today I’m trying to pull contact info from salesforce to have it auto populate a google doc in one of my zap flows… in salesforce i have a contact associated with my opportunity that has a role of “Billing Contact”… is there an additional search step i need to be performing here in order to be able to use that Billing contact user role as my dynamic field that im populating into my google doc (I can find things like account name and other basic info to pull but having issues figuring out how to find the contacts listed under opportunities) Thanks, Woozie

I was able to automatically create a purchase order per image here:And it says it will use the data to send it.. but I can’t seem find where to tell it to “SEND PURCHASE ORDER” What am I missing here?Thanks in advance!

Can you provide me with instructions for how to do this? GPT has repeatedly offered up the instructions below, however, the capability it references doesn’t appear to exist.
