Hey guys!So I asked chat gpt to create a flow for me that does the following: I will ask the client to send the meeting time to my Gmail, with the subject that includes "meeting time confirmation", then the automation flow will create a calendar invite based on the time and date the client provided in the email, then send out the invite to the client, as well as a reply saying "thank you, meeting is confimred”And below is a screenshot of the follow it created. Everything worked but one thing. I don’t know how to have the calendar automactly set the end time of the meeting to be 35 min after the start time. How can I do that? Thanks in advance!
I have set up a workflow using Email Parser by Zapier (Trigger: New email) & Airtable (Trigger: Create Record). The issue is related to to the Fields extracted. With the Recipient email Field its only extracting 1 Email address (First one) even tho on the source email there are multiple addresses.Is it possible to extract more than 1 Email address? This is an essencial part of the workflow.
Is it possible to pass custom parameters to a workflow, in a “clean” way: i.e. without storing parameters data into Contact custom fields or Tags. The Contact should remain unaltered.So, pretty much like having a respond.io Shortcut with a form with workflow custom fields (respond.io has that function), but executed automatically
I have a Google Sheet and I want to look up a row in the Sheet by querying 2 columns. For example, I want to find a row by looking up column A and column B simultaneously. I don’t think this can be done but I could conceive of a work around. Any thoughts out there in the community? thanks gml
Hi,I would like to write a looping function that would email new files landing in a One Drive folder to specific email addresses. The new file arriving and email functionality is working OK, but on completion I would like to either move the files to an Archive sub-folder or rename them to DONE<filename> or similar.Is this possible using the Zapier OneDrive interface? Or if not, is there another way of achieving this?Thanks
Hello, I am trying to automate moving data that is emailed to me as an attachment into an existing tab on a google sheet. I would like to overwrite the data on the sheet that it is added to. Here are are the details of the manual flow:Receive automated email with attachment (either ASCII or .xlsx file) Open file on desktop, copy and paste values into an existing tab on a google sheet (paste over old data as new data is always larger).The total row count is ~12,000 and will probably not got above 16,000. I would like to make this process trigger automatically whenever a new email with attachment exists.
Hello!I'm trying to set up a Zap that does the following:When a new spreadsheet (sheet A) with a certain title is created in Drive, I want to read the data from one column in sheet A and match it against a column in a different worksheet (sheet B). Whenever there is a value matching, I want a counter in the cell adjacent to the matching one in sheet B to be incremented by 1.So far I have the trigger: Event = "New Spreadsheet", then a Filter: check if new sheet title contains certain text.But now I'm stuck on the next action, which should be something like: if values in column in sheet A match values in column B in sheet B, update/increment adjacant cell to matching cell in sheet B.Is this in any way possible, even just a partial success of the above? Or am I asking too much of Zapier here?

Hey, I’m setting up the following automation:New Labeled Email in Gmail → Create card in TrelloThe “label” I’m using in the trigger is a custom label called “_To-do”. When I apply this label to a thread in my Gmail, it ends up creating a separate card in Trello for each message in the thread (so if the thread has 5 emails, it’ll create 5 cards in Trello).Is there a way to limit this so that it only creates 1 card in Trello using the latest message in the thread, regardless of how many messages are in the thread?

Hello there! Pretty new to Zapier. I have a Zap that takes a new email message, pulls the sender, recipient, subject, etc, and inserts that info into a spreadsheet (Smartsheet). The mailbox that it is pulling from has multiple SMTP addresses assigned, so the recipient part is important. I have stored all of these SMTP addresses in a Zapier table along with the “Pretty” name of the recipient. For example, “email@example.com” would be in the Table with the “Pretty” name of “San Diego Sales”. I’m using a Lookup to get the Pretty name and insert that into the Smartsheet. Here’s my challenge. I’ve found that actual SMTP address might end up in the CC line, or even in the BCC. So my v1 Zap has a lot of Paths. If the Lookup for the recipients in the To: line returns false, then it does another lookup for the CC: line, etc. It’s working, but it seems I could clean it up. My thought for to make this a little more elegant would be to store all recipients in the TO: and CC: li

Since Zapier searches for ‘something like’ and not an ‘exact match’ in the title, is returns completely irrelevant tickets.Do you know if it’s possible to find exact matches?
Hi there,I was wondering if there was a way for Zapier to track specific new payments. The ‘New Payment in Xero’ trigger looks to be a catch-all; ideally we would like to track when payments come in that have a specific reference.For example, if we had a colleague called ‘Joe Bloggs’ who put ‘JB1’ at the start of the reference on every invoice they made, could we set up the trigger to work whenever a payment was received for invoices with those initials on? While I've managed to create Zaps for other tasks, I'm having a hard time figuring out how to set up this particular one.The process I'm trying to automate is as follows:An appointment is booked through Calendly, which triggers the creation of a new item in Monday.com. If the appointment in Calendly is canceled, the corresponding item in Monday.com should be deleted.So far, I can get the details of the canceled appointment from Calendly, but I'm struggling with finding a way to identify and delete the corresponding item in Monday.com.Has anyone worked with a similar setup? Starting yesterday, Google Assistant says that zapier is no longer available. Searching the internet it looks like zapier did announce that it was ceasing support for Google assistant on June 9th. And Google stopped supporting its conversational actions API yesterday June 13th on the same day it stopped working. Does zapier have any intention of supporting Google Assistant through its more modern API? And when can we expect that to work? I have tons of assistant zaps that I rely on throughout the day and it's one of the main reasons I have a pro account.

User purchases new, higher-tier subscription Zapier searches for an existing, lower-tier subscription under the user’s email address If lower-tier subscription exists, Zapier calculates prorated amount for the unused duration of the lower-tier subscription, and refunds that portion of the earlier transaction. But I don’t want the automation to happen for all emails I receive, just when I receive emails from a set of specific email addresses. I tried to figure out, but I guess I am too much of a beginner to find a solution.
