From what you’ve said, I don’t think that the trouble you’re having is with Zapier. 

If you’re NOT a Zapier user and are having trouble with your Strava account, you’ll need to get in touch with Strava support. You can find more information in this comment:

    Hi @helga,

    You can read this earlier thread where this issue has already been discussed: 

    Try setting up the automation in the morning when Strava is yet to reach the API limit, it should work fine. If this doesn’t resolve then you may consider contacting Strava support about your account’s API limitation.
