Hi there!I am looking to move away from Wufoo and use Jotform with Acuity.Is this possible using a zap?Essentially, customers fill out an inquiry form on my website. Then, once they book their appointment through the Acuity scheduling link, I would like the form to be matched to their appointment automatically, which is what Wufoo is doing now. Thanks!Nelson
Hey there,I'm trying to build the following automation: I want HubSpot to create a new Deal for every existing contact. Then the Deals should be already taken into the right sales pipeline/stage, depending on which contact information the existing contact gave me. I am getting new contacts/have my existing contacts by using a Typeform for leads. Is there a possibility to let Zapier create a deal in HubSpot, with an existing contact in HubSpot and already? Hello! I run a paid membership community. Members are managed via Airtable. Subscriptions via Stripe. I want to change the status of users who canceled their subscription in Stripe from “Member” to "Not a Member" at the end of their billing period, rather than instantly. E.g. If a person cancels on the 2nd day of their monthly subscription, they should still have access for the next 28 days. Setting up tracking of billing periods on the Airtable side seems too complicated. What would be a good solution? Thank you!

Hi there, I'm trying to have a Notion database item created each time a Google Calendar event is created/updated from a specific calendar. The idea behind this is that this Google Calendar has events that need to be automatically added to a database in Notion where the event will be further managed. I'm not what to do though because whenever I get to the "Create Database Item in Notion" selection Zapier is not populating any of my Notion databases. As a result, I am unable to connect the calendar to the appropriate database to update it. I've already given Zapier the permissions I though were needed to accomplish these actionsJust for extra information, this is for social media management! The client is event-based and so they input the event into Google Calendar and I want these events to automatically be added to the Notion database where the social media posts are then created from. I've been stuck on this for weeks and need help ASAP!

I’d like to use Zapier to upload our contact records (about 9,000) and any new that come up into our Google Ads Manager custom list for retargeting. I am having trouble with formatting. I have one Zap set up to upload email addresses only. That’s working. When I make a ZAP to upload all six datapoints Google allows (Email, First Name, Last Name, Country, Email, and ZIP Code and phone), i am having a problem. To do this, all six must be included in the record. Here’s where I am having trouble: If I don’t have all six in the database, I want to upload the email address only. Our database, has the country as “United States”. Google wants only “us” Our database has some ZIP Codes with the +4, some not. Google wants only the 5 digits main ZIP Code. Our database has about 1/2 the phone numbers with the 1 (+1 for US dialing), about 1/2 without. I saw there is the option to “add”, “update” or “search” calendar events but not sure if they can achieve the goal. The only way I can think of is every time a calendar event has been added, send it to Google Sheet. Is there a way to do bulk export instead? Thank you all!

I’m trying to create a zap that will once each week, email details of deals happening in the next 7 days, based on the “Event Date” which is a custom field. Here is what I have so far: The trigger is a date/time trigger. Set to run on Monday at 10am. I’m then trying to get the results of a filter that has been created within pipedrive which shows all of the deals for the week. It does not seem that I can do this. I can not use the deal matching filter trigger because I need the zap to only run on Monday and the way that trigger works, each deal would be trigger when it was 7 days out. Any thoughts or direction to send me in? Thanks in advance. (As I’m writing this, I just thought that maybe I COULD use the deal matching filter trigger and then just use a delay to send all of the emails at the same time on Monday)
I am trying to setup a zap between ticket tailor and pipedrive that will update a multiple option field on a persons record in our CRM when they have purchased a ticket to our annual conference.The multiple option field has values defined for each year, so the field is used to record which years people have attended our conference in the past, example below.When trying to add information to this field from zapier, we are only able to add one option, and when running the zap it overwrites any values already in the field. Given this is a multiple option field, is there a way for the information not to be overwritten and a value be added to the existing?
