Hi - I’m quite new to Zapier but I’m trying to create something but I’m not sure if it’s possible or if I’m approaching it wrong.

I want to create an audio weather forecast using Zapier Weather & Amazon Polly

I’ve manged to link the weather zap & Polly and have successfully created an audio weather forecast which is generated when I press ‘test’

I would like the audio file (mp3 etc) to be created automatically every day and for either a link to be emailed to me or a file to be sent to my dropbox (or other online storage)

At the moment I have no idea how to get the audio file to me from Amazon Polly unless I intervene manually.

 

Does anyone have any ideas how to achieve this? thanks

Hi @Midsomer 

The Amazon Polly Speak Text action will return a file.

 

 

You can map that File to future steps in the Zap using the ‘Custom’ option for fields.

I’ve now managed to output the file and send it to a Dropbox folder.
