Tasks vs. Zaps - Zapier cost clarification

How does Zapier setup its pricing?

I currently have a Zap setup to pull 7 different columns/fields from a live updated Google sheet (using email parsing). This is pushed over to their Hubspot account as new leads (there is no directly connection from this service to Hubspot.

Will I be charged 1 Task each time a new line items comes in or will it be 7 Tasks each time?

Thanks,

Eric

Hey @Eric Bronson!

If you only have one Action step (in this case, HubSpot) you would be charged 1 task each time that Zap runs. That means that if 7 new rows in Google Sheets triggered the Zap and you then created 5 leads in HubSpot, you would be using 7 tasks. It’s based on the action steps in your Zap, and not how many times the Zap itself triggers.

Hope that helps to clarify!
