We did see an increase in errors for urls created with the Zapier URL shortener; it lasted a couple of hours and it was only some urls and not all of them. The issue resolved itself and your URLs will be working now 🙂
We’re looking into why it happened so that we can understand the cause and reduce the likelihood of it happening again in the future.

Try testing on a different browser and/or private browser, and make sure there are no browser extensions/add-ons/plugins that could be impacting.
