I try to create an Outlook event for each card of Trello. But it seems that Zapier only works at the list level so that I need to create a task for each list of each board. Is it possible to create the task for all cards of all lists of all boards once and for all?

Hi,Keap has a file upload option within a Contact. I am trying to figure out if it is possible to use Zapier to upload files sent via email (this I know how to do) to a Keap Contact (this I don’t).Unfortunately Keap doesn’t seem to have a file upload field built in to their forms and I am hoping to achieve a Zapier automation via a reply email from a customer who sends through their images.Thanks in advance.

Hello all. I would like to understand if it is possible to use a countif function before the final output.Let me explain better.The Triggers entry are like 1k per day. I would like to send this data on g-sheet (but after a short time it would explode :D) So I thought about using filters and if it was possible that the g-sheet would return only the sum of these entries (for example if the trigger is activated only once a day). I am not able to find the scenario that performs this function, as the news from the original website are not published in any XML or RSS. Apologies for the duplicationHere’s my issue: How do I take one “entry” from WPForms (i.e.: one line of data) and create two rows in my google sheet? I’m using WPForms to capture member registration information for a club. Most of the club consists of couples (e.g.: husband and wife), so I’ve created the registration form to gather information on both of them at one time. So far, so good.The next step is to get the information out of WPForms, and into google sheets so that I can actually use the data. I’ve set up a Zap with the trigger to be a new WPForms entry. And I’m looking at the “Create Spreadsheet Row(s) in Google Sheets” action to hopefully add two rows (one for the husband, one for the wife). I am trying to create a customer in Quickbooks when any new customer is added to magento. However, the custom attributes are shown as a string. I wish to extract them individually. How is it possible?
I am familair with MYSQL queries and also familiar with zapier tasks when a spreadsheet updates. Wondering if this is possible: When our recieved inventory spreadsheet has a new row the zap would:Search for the item name in our MYSQL order database Return all the matches from the MYSQL DB (only customer name, email, telephone, state) email us the resultsI think it’s possible. I have reviewed all of the Outlook Zap Templates but I do not see a way to trigger on only emails that are sent to a specific email address (a distribution group in my case). Is the trigger for Outlook email messages only for every email that is received to the account that is connected?My larger goal is to trigger the creation of a Trello Card in a specific list. If the body of the email and attachment to the email could be added to the card it would be even better but a Card title from the subject line would even be grand.Thank you,Sarah
Paths gives you the option to “Only continue if….” and they have to be listed at the end of the zap.Question. Right before the path, there is a step to check if the customer is already in the database (CRM). But that also give you the option to either continue or stop the zap.How can I make the zap take two different actions,1- Path one if the customer is found in the CRM,2 - Path two if the customer is NOT found in the CRM?Right now, it only continues if Not found and it adds the customer. Where and how can I integrate the “Found customer, now do this…...” I keep falling into the trap that if I check for the customer first in the database, I have no options but to either continue or stop!! but not options to react for either result (found/not found) Thank you
I have a course on Thrivecart Learn and would like to add an upsell to it. The problem is that the upsell should be a course on Teachable. Thrivecart tells me that the main product and the upsell in one funnel have to be on the same platform. Someone in their FB group told me that I could set this up using Zapier but I don't know how. I have downloadable content on my volcanic website which is facilitated by the form option in volcanic. I want to have the email addresses from the form go into a spreadsheet using Zapier but it doesn’t seem I can as I’m not using an app - its directly in Volcanic.
