We are currently using hubspot and slack, thinking of replacing slack with Microsoft teams. 

In slack we link this to our Hubspot account and when we have a new question from the bot from our homepage this will come through as a new channel in slack. Is there a way that we can have something similar for in Microsoft teams?

So you should be able to accomplish something similar to what you’re doing with Slack :)
