Zapier had trouble retrieving custom fields from MySQL.

Hello , I am trying to get tables fields from a MySql database, I had successfully made the connection to the database and list of tables are visible in Set up action , but I am unable to get fields list from any of the listed tables.I am getting this error ( or warning)Zapier had trouble retrieving custom fields from MySQL.Can you please guide me, how to solve this, also if I need to set permissions of any kind , please let me know which commands to execute and how can I read and write data through ZAPIER.I want to setup a task in which I want to use some data from my email, to move it to one of a table of my MySql database.Note : I had added Zapier IP (54.86.9.50) as whitlisted IPs in my DB server.Please help me. ThanksVishal

Hi, I am trying to setup a zap that sends airtable data to quickbooks to create an invoice. However I keep getting this error:However the number I am providing is clearly a positive number and does not have a minus in front of it. Anyone have any ideas how to correct this? Thanks!

Formatting emails from Gravity Forms > Zapier

Apologies if I’m not clear in my question, this is a little outside my lane… I currently use Gravity Forms > Zapier for emailing form data from a client’s website (ie an appointment request form for a dental office). I currently hardcode the body of the Zap w/ HTML.While this works fine, the look and feel of the email is raw and I’d like to make it more professional-looking. Is there a better method for achieving this or should I stick w/ HTML in the Email Zap’s body?

Hello,I created a zap so that the GDPR data can automatically go to Vincere. The only concern is with "expires date". In fact, according to the law, when you have the authorization of a person to keep their personal data, this is for a period of two years. However, in the options offered by Zapier on the fields in "set up actions", it is not possible to put a date in the format "yyyy-MM-dd'T'HH: mm: ss.SSS'Z '" which takes into account this two-year authorization. So I wanted to know if it was possible to do so. Thank you. Best regards.

I’d like to run an action that bulk-removes a label on a set of emails that are found by “find email in gmail” filter — e.g. remove label for all emails that are >X days old. Is this possible? More broadly, are multi-email operations possible?

Seeking Assistance writing Zap to auto update Excel (365) sheet from any changes in Google Sheets sheet.

I have field technicians updating a Google Sheets sheet.  I need that data to automatically flow into a sheet in Excel (365 Onedrive).  I have tried setting up the zap for New or Updated row in GS trigger to Add or update row in Excel, but got a bit lost in the setup process.Essentially both sheets are tables.  The Google Sheet table gets edited daily from the field, and I need those changes to flow into Excel dependably.  Seeking somebody to just assist and maybe just set this up for me.  I should be able to manage it from there.Compensation would be any fair amount.Cheers!

Wordpress Connection Drops When Used

I’ve installed the Zapier for Wordpress plugin, added Wordpress to Zapier and tested successfully, created Zaps to do what I need (all tests work well), but as soon as I turn it on and the Zap is triggered, the connection to Wordpress drops and it asks me to reconnect.Help please.

Invalid Time Value - When Trying to Add New Zoom Meetings to Row in Google Sheet

I have been trying to create a zap that triggers when I add a meeting to my zoom account to create a row in a google sheet.  I only get as far as the first three steps.  I add my zoom account.  Choose zoom meeting.  And then try to test the trigger.  I get an error message that said A NEW MEETING COULD NOT BE FOUND and then “Invalid Time Value”.  I tried the troubleshoot button but nothing helps.  I have attached a picture. I just tested it by changing the trigger from “new meeting” to “new webinar” and that one seems to trigger fine.  It is just an issue with the meeting side.

Zap Between Mailchimp + Gmail not working

Hi Zapier-Team, My zap which is supposed to link new inbox G.mail email and an Add/Update Subscriber Mailchimp is not working. Testing the zap works, but everytime I receive an email, the sender's email its not registered in Mailchimp. I want all the emails that arrive in my inbox to be added to My Mailchimp Newsletter. But with this integration my email is always sent to Mailchimp, not the sender's email. Can you help?

Smartsheet new row to Google Doc trigger broken

When I run the test action it works just fine. When I enter a new row in Smartsheet (as my trigger indicates), it doesn’t work.I want a new row in Smartsheet to trigger a new document from template in GDoc. When I run it as a test, the document comes out great. It is exactly what I want. But when I leave it to do its thing on auto, I add a new row and a document is not created. At first I though maybe new row meant something different than what I though, so I instead set it up as a “change row” trigger, but that didn’t work either when I would enter new info or when I would change info from a past row. Below is a little of my Zap (new row triggers new gdoc). What am I doing wrong?

ZAP and PayPal Personal vs Business Acct.

Created a successful ZAP after PayPal payment for a recent campaign.  There is a trigger for a congratulatory email after a purchase on my App.I just received an email that the ZAP was triggered from a “paypal.me” transaction to my personal PayPal account.  The webhook for the ZAP is in my Business PayPal account.  The transaction was made to my Personal PayPal account.  There are no IPNs in personal accounts.The only correlation I could find is that the Google sheet I am using for my App is the same as the email address for my personal PayPal account.  Could that be the problem?  HELP, please.

Need a way to display response from lookup table to user

I may be overthinking this but here is the short version of what I am trying to accomplish:I want people to be able to open up a form, it prompt them for a number, it then looks that number up from a lookup table (google sheets) and then displays a corresponding response from the table back to the user.Long version: I am building a system to record and track gift card sales for my small business. My thought right now is pretty simple: the employee will open up a google form, and record the sale of the gift card there. The form will track the gift card number, and opening balance. There will be a seperate form to record a sale using the gift card. The form will calculate the balance and keep track that way. What I am struggling with is finding a way for the employee to be able to lookup the balance of a card and have it displayed back to them immediately. I know I could have it send an email with the balance or something like that but I am really trying to avoid that.Also to add we main

Updates in Google Sheets added as new records instead of updating existing records in Airtable

Hello,In short, my CRM is connected to a google sheet that updates columsn in the row everytime Certain CRM fields are udpated.That informatino is then passed to airtable through the Zap that creates a record when a new row is added to the Google sheet. The issue is that when that particular row is updated it creates another record in airtable.How do tell that zap to not create a new record in airtable if the contact already exists and just update the one that is there?I do know that there is a create new record when the sheet updates zap (which is what I am using) and also a update record zap when the sheets updates. (Not using) Each row is identified by a unique number in the first column if that helps.

I’ve created a Zap with the following flow:deal stage updated to certain stage create a row in Google sheet for each product in that dealWhen I only work with “main” products, this works fine. When I have product variations, as output I get all the variations for that product, not the one(s) that were selected in this deal. Anyone else experienced this issue? Any ideas?

Using Knack and Zapier to send emails based on USER criteria.

Hi Zapier Peeps!!I am using Knack as a database for various flights. Each flight consists of a departure city and destination city.I need for a user to be able toa) submit a form with their name, email address and which flight route they desire (departure and destination city). I’ll do this through Knack.and then the complicated part...b) receive notifications based on the criteria they chose in the first step. IE - They’d be notified if a flight from only Vegas going to only Miami is inputted into our Knack database in the future.Any help would be soooo appreciated.

Zoho Invoice Payment send payment to QBO

We create invoices in Zoho and receive payments also in Zoho. There is currently a Zap that will create the invoice in QBO after it’s created in Zoho, but no Zap that records the payment from Zoho into QBO. I’d love to see this functionality created in Zapier - I think there would be TONS of users that would use this.

Hello,  I have a zap set up to send myself an email notification when someone submits a form on my ClickFunnels account, however it sent an email to the new contact instead. I have the “To” email set to one email, my work email, so it will send the notification there everytime.  Has this happened to anyone else before?  Thank you, Taylor
