How do I avoid GoHighLevel double booking by syncing with another calendar?

Hello everyone! I would really appreciate if someone would help me with this. Im not so good at Zapier yet but I know you are.

So the thing is, I need my Go high level calendar (leadconnector) to be able to read another calendar, it don’t need to do any changes in my the other calendar just make sure that it reads it on information so my high level calendar removes the same booked spots as the other calendar so I don’t get double booked. I heard about someone who did this but I don’t know how, I thought about if you can make a webhook or something but I don’t know.

If you don’t understand what I’m saying please tell me and if you think you have a way to solve this problem please answer!

Thank you

/Jonathan

Hi @Jonathan Björkdahl,

I’m so sorry for the delayed response here.

Unfortunately, the current LeadConnector integration doesn’t support Calendar booking. However, we do have an existing feature request for the “New Calendar Booking” trigger.

I have added your vote to the open feature request. That does a few things:

  • Bring this to the attention of the integration developers
  • Help track interest in this feature being implemented
  • Allows us to notify you via email if this feature becomes available in the future

While I don't have an ETA on when this feature might be implemented, we will notify you via email if it is!

Hopefully, this helps.
