How do I create a Zap to automatically update Webflow product inventory based on Microsoft Excel column changes?

Hello community,

I’m new in Zapier and I need some help. I have a large e-commerce product list in Webflow and I would like to automatically update the inventory in Webflow when I change the inventory in an excel column.

I contacted with Webflow and they said the easiest way to update the inventory is by using the API PATCH (https://developers.webflow.com/data/reference/update-inventory). Also, they told me that this can be automated with an external tool.

I need some help on how to create this connection between excel column and Webflow product inventory.

Thanks!

Hi @Jan11
Webflow Zap app has these available actions for using the Webflow API: https://developers.webflow.com/data/reference/designer-api-reference

Hi @Troy Tessalone

I tried to use the API request but I don’t know how to set up the zap correctly, the API request is in the link I put before. I need some help on how to set up the Webflow action in Zapier using the Excel trigger.

I also tried the Webflow event “update Item” but There isn’t the Inventory section to be selected.

@Jan11

We would need to see detailed screenshots with how your Zap steps are outlined and configured.
