How to send new Hubspot Contacts to a WhatsApp Group?

Hi,

 

I have a WhatsApp Group on which has a few of the team in it. I would like to automatically send a WhatsApp message to the group as soon as a new contact has been added to Hubspot.

 

I have set this up using WhatsApp Notifications however it only send it to me, a user, from a user called ‘Zapier’. So this is only a 1:1 chat.

 

How can I have the message sent to a WhatsApp Group instead of a single user chat?

Hi @cloak Yes unfortunately the functionality for whatsapp in Zapier only allows for 1:1 chat between you and Zapier. For other alternatives, is your whatsapp account a business account?

Yes it is a Business Whatsapp account - does this help build such workflow?
